We stayed in the Brigh Radiance for 6 nights. It was a very nice experience. The front desk lady LanLan was helpful and super friendly. Other staff members in the lobby and the 2nd floor restaurant are nice too.
The hotel has a wonderful location with the beautiful ocean view. The food and the restaurant in the hotel are nice too. The hotel provides water, juice, snacks and has everything we needed including the sewing kit.

很滿意的酒店，位置不錯，去蓬萊閣景點很方便了，步行可達，晚上還可以逛個海鮮夜市，真的鮮活皮皮蝦啥的從來沒見過這麼便宜的。酒店服務也不錯，飲用水隨手可取，還有小點心水果啥的。房間設計比較時尚，衞生間是三分離的，方便各顧各，互不影響。就是台盆枱麪空間小了點，不適合攤洗漱用品，哈哈。

房間很好面積空間也大，環境不錯，然後都是全智能的，很好操控裝修設施也都不錯，服務態度也超級好，無論是前台還是打掃衞生的阿姨。而且這個地方靠海也近，漁人碼頭和第二海水浴場都在附近，很適合打卡拍照。樓下大堂還庫迪咖啡，房間都是全智能的，呼喚小度小度，他就會變成我的第二衹手，點外賣也是有機器人配送，太適合我這種懶人了。強烈推薦！！！

The hotel was conveniently located, and with the Wuyue shopping centre just opposite that helped with food choices especially for a westerner like myself. The room was very ample, with a large bed. Some of the furnishings were a little frayed around the edges but for the rate charged I was quite content. The front desk staff were helpful despite any deficiencies in our language communication. The only issue I had is that I had very noisy neighbours who took up two or perhaps three neighbouring rooms and left their doors open, allowing their screaming kids to run around in the corridors. This was not the hotel's fault of course, but I think more consideration should be made by receptionists when they allocate rooms generally; if you book a business room then you don't expect to be housed next to families with noisy children (and indeed noisy parents). Apart from that one issue I was happy with my stay.

HHeilovemi這似乎又是一次對夢想的迴應。當我真正下了這筆訂單，決定那天晚上要下榻這家希爾頓酒店的時候，着實勾起了很多之前的回憶。
先説一下我是怎麼住進來的吧。本來是澳洲那邊放暑假，回來跟一個朋友一起去威海那邊玩，結果突然想起來，正巧煙台這邊有一個同學，還在上學，我們高中的時候關係特好，於是便果斷打去電話。我那朋友呢，也不含糊，直接説讓我去做客，盛情邀請我在那留宿一晚上，不要着急趕回去。他在濱州醫學院煙台校區唸書，學校從外觀上看還是不錯的，這酒店也正好落在這學校旁邊，談不上市中心，但周邊風景蠻好。這家酒店呢，也是他推薦給我的，説是最近新開的，無論設施和環境都很新，讓我一定要去住住試試。那我也自然盛情難卻了，於是也尋思看看，合適的話呢，帶着從青島來的朋友就住在這兒了。
我發現，原來這家酒店是希爾頓旗下開的。這讓我想到，似乎在我很小的時候，就對這些世界級的連鎖酒店很有崇拜的感覺，那時候還小，也沒有能力住下很貴的酒店，甚至沒什麼機會出去玩……那個時候知道的也不多，大酒店中似乎就知道希爾頓喜來登這兩家。直到現在我才發現，自己小時候一直有一個住豪華五星級酒店的夢想。也正是最近，我才開始瞭解起各種酒店的圈子，層級不同，同時，下榻這些酒店的人也有很大的不同，無論從着裝，言行舉止，談吐，以及一些微行為的表現等等……
也不扯那麼多話了，到最後還是得回到正題，説一下這家酒店的體驗吧。
這篇評價是我住後差不多過了快一個月了才寫的，但我印象是很深刻的——它真的很好。
它讓我見識到了希爾頓的品控。其實這不是直接的希爾頓酒店，而是價格更惠民的、有後綴的希爾頓旗下的酒店，我去的時候也正值淡季，價格對我個人來説真的不算太貴。本來以為品牌降了一個檔次，服務和設施也會降一個檔次，實則不然。畢竟説句實在的，咱住個酒店最根本的目的就是圖有個安靜，乾淨，基本生活設施不缺的地方睡個好覺就好。而它恰好是在這幾方面都做到了基本無可挑剔的狀態。我住的是這個酒店最好的一個房型，是一個套房，這套房裡麪呢，還有微波爐，一些餐具，還有個電磁爐（雖説沒有鍋，但我覺得如果你真的需要的話，他應該也會給你提供）。
房間是在一層高樓中的最角落的位置，非常非常大，我沒記錯的話忙，網上介紹的是有90多平，實際上也確實像這麼大的面積，沒什麼水分在裡頭。
1. 房間非常乾淨，大概檢查後，無論是衞生間中，床單上或被單、枕套上均沒有發現有任何污點污漬，所以對住宿環境有明顯要求的人可以放心入住；
2. 枕頭枕不習慣的話，可以跟他要其他類型的枕頭，例如我比較愛睡蕎麥枕；
3. 第三點我提一個不完善的點：我去的時候是今年12月初，正值冬天，這地暖真的是往死裏開，開的特別特別熱。我沒記錯的話，房間裏的温濕度儀顯示的房間內部温度得有28攝氏度。這是其中一個美中不足的點吧。確實是太熱了，而且由於空調是中央空調，這個季節它沒有辦法單獨製冷，前台給的解決辦法是，可以給我們把暖氣關一部分。我一開始説，那你關一半吧，結果差不多過了1個小時之後，還是跟蒸桑拿的體驗一樣，我就又打電話給前台説，你給我全關了得了。入住的當天晚上吃的鐵鍋燉，可能也是吃進去的熱量比較多，我大概是10點半的時候跟前台説，你們把暖氣全給我關了吧。再加上，那個時候房間的窗能開的已經全被我開到最大了，一直到後半夜兩點，我又被熱醒了，我記得特別清楚，這個床腳底下還有一行小沙發，我兩點多醒了一次的那個時候已經渾身空空躺在那沙發上了，顯然是給我熱急眼了，被子都叫我甩一邊去了。然後我五點多又醒了一次，是給凍醒的，那個時候的房間温度終於降下來了，但降過頭了。沒記錯的話，那個時候室內温度不超過20度。顯然，這是未充分考慮最適合住客居住的温度所造成的不合理的結果。開地暖自然沒問題，但一旦温度太高，住客受不了，降下來可就需要很長的時間了，所以這點酒店應該嚴肅考慮一下，因為本來床的質量也不錯，那天晚上是可以睡個好覺的，就是因為這個温度沒有調整合適導致我那天晚上睡得並不好。
4. 第四點和房間無關，但也是一個需要注意的建議。關於貴酒店的早餐，品質本身是沒什麼能夠挑剔的，但是某些菜，做的非常老，並不像第一頓的，反而像是隔夜菜拿來在微波爐裏一加熱就端上來的。無論是不是我猜測的這樣，但這種隔夜菜的口味是切切實實存在的，很多菜都是如此，早餐需要改進一下，這才配得上你們房間的品質。
總結一下吧，總體很好，4.5分以上是肯定有的，推薦入住。

PPengguna Tetamu酒店就在朝陽街上，離煙台山很近的，酒店掛了一整面牆的熊貓，妥妥的網紅打卡地。房間很乾凈整潔，裏有地暖，一點也不冷。早餐挺豐富的，一直都是温熱的。前台小吳小姐姐超級甜，總是笑呵呵的迎來送往，也是有求必應的，退房時還送了我們小零食的禮袋，領導必須給人美心善的小吳小姐姐加雞腿🍗哦。

If you are a soft sleeper, though, I wouldn’t recommend it: the toilets make very loud sounds every time you use them, so unless you sleep alone you will wake up at night every time the other person goes to the bathroom. Also, there’s a lot of light in the room (from the toilet and the light switches) that makes it impossible to have darkness at night. The heating is on until 1 am approx, and it makes a “hummmmm” all the time. You cannot switch it off from the room.
But! The service was great, one of our rooms smelled a lot like cigarrettes and they changed and were very nice about it.
The best of this hotel is, we would say, the location and the service. So if you can sleep easily anywhere, this is your hotel!

VVerushcaThis Hotel is an absolute gem. The rooms are modern, spacious and beds are super comfy. One of the best hotels I've stayed in China. The staff don't speak any English, but with translation it's easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel. It is close to Yantai hill/peak and close to the beach. There is a restaurant/bar (like 1km) near this hotel, called Chris restaurant & Bar. Their food is Western style and soooooo delicious.

YYuThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed with. We have travelled through many countries and visited quite a few 5-star hotels in the world. The Sheraton gold beach really lives up to its reputation and way more comfortable than all other top hotels. The room is large and clean. The staff are all professional. We have received warm welcome and thoughtful service through our stay. It happened to be my birthday on the second day of our stay. The staff prepared a nice cake and fruit basket for us. Berry Yuan was the first person who sent me birthday wishes the day of birthday. What a surprise! I really felt I was home. The location is incredible. We cannot believe that we can enjoy an ocean view from our home. If you would like to have a walk, the hotel is right on the beach. What you need to do is just stepping out of the backyard. Breakfast buffet is gorgeous with great varieties. They serve freshly brewed coffee which is not common in China. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yantai.

GGrossNearly everything was perfect, the location, the service, the staff members and became a very good cleanliness room (upgrade for free). Normally I give 5+ but... After I was at breakfast in second floor I found my table was full of dirt (this occurs from dinner the day before because I was 6:45 at breakfast and the opening time is 6:30). After I see this I change to the executive floor for breakfast and everything was perfect. Sorry guys: for a 4 star hotel a no go.

LLim Gek SuanI had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time.
Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)!
One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table.
Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too.
Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.

HHHS123We were wonderfully surprised by this magnificent hotel. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed two nights and tried out the swimming pool, the amusement park across the street. And my folks also tried the spring spa. You are required to wear swimming suits to go in the natural spring bath. The breakfast has a lot of choices. We highly recommend and would come back.

PPengguna TetamuExtremely clean, very large space with excellent aircon and water pressure. The room has an attached ”kitchen”, which I did not know was included! It was a terrific space, and would be especially great for families or large groups. There are no restaurants in this location, only the breakfast facility. Breakfast was Chinese buffet breakfast, with several options and was satisfactory. You can also eat breakfast on their outdoor patio, which was pleasant! Sadly, the coffee shop was not open when I was there. I walked about 15 minutes down the beachfront to another hotel's coffee shop--it was nice but expensive. The location is very close to the bridge leading to Yangma Island and the bus stop is nearby. The beach directly across from the hotel is a giant mud-flat beach. It is NOT a swimming or bathing beach! When tide is in, it is very flat and shallow, when tide is out, it is muddy and you can take a bucket to find little creatures. There is not a good swimming beach at this location, but I took a bus northwest to go swimming.
Service was friendly, but non-Chinese guests should use patience--the friendly ladies at the desk do not speak English. They are helpful to find food/snacks/shops nearby.
Overall, it feels like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, with nice plants around the property and a homey feeling.

SShomA Shao LongWould like to rate Trip and the hotel for making the customer misunderstood while ordering the hotel. The point is, I set out the dates check in 1 date and check out second date, and Trip.com showed the result. Of course, not always in a hurry customer can't read all the details before booking and this happened. Thought I booked for 1 day, arrived at 1 pm and after three hours reception asked me to check out, I didn't understand, but she told me that I booked only for 3 hours, desire the fact I set out 1 day stay, Trip.com along with Hotel indicated the price only for 3 hours with small letters that I didn't pay attention and it charged me. My recommendation to all travelers, check carefully all the details before booking and making payment, that's kinda trap to charge your money if you don't read till the end.
