The location is superb, truly a landmark in Yantai! The beach is just a 10-minute walk across the street. Hongkou 1920, a new trendy spot, is nearby, and Yantai Mountain is only a 15-minute walk away, with Chaoyang Street also being very close. As for the hotel, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is good. The buffet dinner offers incredible value compared to five-star hotels in Beijing, at just 159 yuan per person, with unlimited salmon, baked durian, and crayfish. On the 26th floor, you can watch the World Cup at night. My husband stayed up late to watch a match, and even Morocco's CEO was watching and bought my husband a drink, haha! Yantai really is an interesting and lovely place. Oh, and a special thanks to front desk manager Tongtong – she's beautiful and kind-hearted! When we checked in, a young man, upon hearing we wanted an extra bed, upgraded us to a family room without hesitation! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name! Grateful again!

Honestly, it was quite mediocre, not at all what I'd expect from a Hilton Shimao property. It wasn't even as good as the Hilton DoubleTree in Weihai. The overall service was just okay, leaving me with the feeling that it wasn't worth the price. Both the service and the facilities were very average. The complimentary photoshoot offered wasn't even on hotel grounds, and the free spa massage couldn't be used unless the total was over 980, plus the environment was really poor. The executive room didn't even have a mini-bar, and the happy hour food at the executive lounge was also very basic. The only good thing was the hotel's breakfast; the variety and taste were excellent.

The Hilton Yantai Golden Coast boasts an excellent location, right in the Marina Plaza. During the off-season, I was upgraded to a sea-view room, and I could enjoy the ocean right from my window. It's just a few minutes' walk to Marina Plaza and Hongkou Road downstairs, and the beach, Yantai Mountain, and Chaoyang Street are also within walking distance. Although the room facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained and fully functional. The soundproofing of the windows is excellent; I couldn't hear a thing. The breakfast especially deserves praise; it was incredibly rich and fresh, and the local fish noodles were delicious. Tongtong at the front desk provided warm and enthusiastic service. I'd suggest putting a brighter sign at the underground parking garage elevator entrance, as it's a bit hard to find the elevator.

Upgraded to an executive room with a stunning ocean view. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed exclusive access to the executive lounge, which offered a great ambiance and high-quality food. The travel photographer was very professional, and the shoot at Hongkou 1920 resulted in some truly fantastic photos.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's so convenient to get to Yantai Mountain and Chaoyang Street. It really is a landmark in the heart of Yantai, visible from pretty much anywhere you go. The front desk service was also excellent; for a small upgrade fee, they put us in a deluxe sea-view room. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the incredible sea view was breathtaking. Breakfast had a great variety, and dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was delightful – elegant setting, exquisite, delicious dishes. This exceptional stay truly made us fall in love with the city.

5 out of 5 stars? I'd give it 100! This was my first time ever getting upgraded to the Presidential Suite. When we first arrived, there was a wedding reception in the adjacent ballroom, and it was as noisy as a marketplace. I thought, 'Oh no, this is going to be terrible.' But then we got to the lobby on the 26th floor, which was surprisingly quiet. And guess what? Ms. Tong at the front desk, knowing it was our first time in Yantai, specially upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! Oh my god! The room was enormous, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. Not only did it have a bathtub with a sea view, but it even had its own gym. The dinner at the Executive Lounge was incredibly delicious too, the salmon was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth. It was completely different from some of the online reviews. So, you really have to experience a hotel for yourself to know if it's good or not!

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The service is also excellent, especially Lito who was incredibly warm and attentive, making the entire check-in experience delightful.

I've stayed here multiple times. This time, I forgot to add breakfast to my booking and asked if I could get a discount, but the man at the front desk was very arrogant, acting like he owned the place. As for the hotel facilities, the disposable slippers looked old, there was no soap, and no razor. I had to call twice before they were delivered, and even the phone in the room was broken.

This was my first time staying at the Hilton in Yantai. The hotel is centrally located with convenient transportation, and you get stunning sea views. On our second night, due to some special circumstances, we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night, which really disrupted our sleep and put a damper on our mood. The next morning, the hotel's front office manager, Tongtong, was waiting at our door to apologize for the previous night. She personally helped us rearrange our room for the next two days and even prepared a small gift for us. She was so responsible and thoughtful. Her actions and attitude were so impressive that they changed our plans to move to another hotel. I really want to commend the hotel's lobby manager. I'm someone who never usually leaves reviews, good or bad, but this is my honest and genuine feedback!

An excellent hotel! Both the rooms and the restaurant offer fantastic beachfront views. The facilities are comprehensive, and I was particularly impressed with the pillows and bath towels. The service was top-notch, with the front desk and housekeeping staff being attentive, thoughtful, and thorough.

Facing the sea with the city center right behind it. They uphold service standards and respond quickly to requests. The staff is both warm and friendly, yet maintains a polite distance. Upon check-in, Lito not only provided warm service but also thoughtfully gave me a detailed itinerary for exploring Yantai. The route he recommended covered essential attractions like Yantai Mountain, East Fort, and Zhifu Island, and he even told me where to find the most authentic local snacks. The hotel room was clean and tidy, with unbeatable sea views right outside the window. Lying in bed and watching the sunrise and sunset was incredibly relaxing. Lito's attentive service made me feel exceptionally welcome and warm.
