Staff were nice and executive lounge staff were very polite . There is a young staff at the Excutive lounge called flora. She is really friendly, professional and polite. She needs to be commended.

I should say the best part of this trip was the hotel. Staff on the front was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Yantai.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room for free. The hotel is located close to the beach

My friend stayed here one days and they have a seven months baby, Dennis Wang is very nice and considerate for they, especially for my baby, he supplied a baby cot and a toy for my little baby. We will stay here again for next holiday.

Great location - near to ChaoYang street with lots of bars and restaurants. Classy room, great view of Yantai beach. Good attention to detail.

A really nice hotel but it was soured by my husband being harassed. Deeply disappointed, will avoid this hotel if we visit Yantai again in the future.

這次入住體驗太棒了！酒店位置超棒，周邊交通便利，離熱門景點很近。前台sally服務熱情周到，從辦理入住到退房，每一個環節都貼心。餐飲豐富可口，自助早餐有多種選擇。衞生方面更是無可挑剔，房間乾淨整潔。強烈推薦給來此旅行的朋友們，下次還會選擇這裏！

據説是煙台地標，訂的普通海景房，入住時主動給升級了面積更大的房間，面朝大海心曠神怡；交通也很方便，叫車都能很快應答。 服務也特別贊，辦入住時認識了前台的彤彤，在入住期間一直貼心照顧，臨時有需要打印資料，只是試着問了一下，就十分爽快地幫忙來回打印了幾次，讓機器人送到房間，感動極了。 下次過來還會選擇這裏！

體驗感超級好！！特別感謝張順航和鞠博洋兩位工作人員！真的是讓我對希爾頓整個印象變好，兩位真的是很耐心解答各種問題並且為客人設身處地着想，服務態度真的令人感動！本來聽朋友介紹想取消訂單去開發區住了，但是實在是被兩位打動了，不忍心辜負兩位的付出，非常感謝！一定會推給身邊朋友！ 房間非常漂亮，很有ins風，感覺下次有時間可以在酒店看海擺爛一整天 自帶早餐也不錯，種類比較多

第二次入住煙台世茂希爾頓酒店，因為前台職員的熱情細心和貼心令我一到煙台旅遊就會想起這間酒店，交通便利，位置非常好，去朝陽街，第一海水浴場，月亮灣，棧橋，統統都極之方便！就算唔去街留係酒店也是一種享受，因為窗外景觀超級靚，一個無敵海景已經可以治癒心靈，早餐一定要試師傅嘅手打拉麵，訂酒店我一定會包括早餐的，因為手打拉麵就係我最愛的早餐。 酒店幫我升級咗海景房，實在太驚喜了！ 特別多謝彤彤（ Amanda Liu）窩心的關照，總是細心地問我們是否有需要幫忙的？彤彤的細心貼心暖心就是令我對煙台世茂希爾頓酒店的著迷，下次有機會再嚟煙台，不二之選仍然是這間酒店👍👍👍 Jason & Kenny 他們也是非常熱情，讚賞。
