Had a great experience! The hotel was lovely. Staffs, hotel grouds, amenities, everything was perfect. Stayed two nights and had no complaints whatsoever.

Great stay . Very peaceful location. The spa and gym facilities is what makes it standout

Perfect location for a getaways

Really enjoyed our stay thankyou, lovely comfy beds and clean room. Breakfast excellent

The spa wasn’t the best, no real loungers for relaxing. Building was a few minutes walk from the main hotel. The longe on the first floor above the spa was more like a cafe, no comfortable seating to relax.

We booked through trip and unfortunately the booking at the hotel was incorrect The floor that our room was on when we arrived at 4pm was littered with trays with old uneaten food glasses cups and glass bottles not what you expect from a 4* Hilton

Not the standard you expect from a Hilton. Had to change room theee times. First due to mattress being too worn / soft / springy. Second for sofa bed mattress being like wire (too worn). The third had no heating (it’s December ) and whilst heaters were supplied, you can see a pattern immerging… Lacking proper maintenance and mattress replacements which ultimately impact the main reason for any stay - a good nights sleep.

Generally clean and well together. Could do with more variety of food and drink on site as very over priced was £5 for about 10 French fries! But the grounds are nice and well kept.

Nice hotel resturant was okay not fantastic spa was okay had everything but not like incredible but would go again before going Away to Bristol airport
