隔音不好, 房間環境真的頗殘舊，我們總是把窗戶開著, 因為房內不能調温度，開一點窗空氣好一點。 但這區都如此，好像沒什麼較為高級，新淨酒店。 住宿環境不算很很乾淨，可能大家都雪地里回來吧。我們在那裡住了四天。 早餐簡單。附近食肆都收得早。。。

位子真的非常好。但是真的是比較舊的飯店剛好住到房間前因為租客也不是很衛生 居然把垃圾塞到床鋪下面清潔人員有沒有發現沒有打掃乾淨。不過前台服務真的是很不錯，早餐能吃飽但口味就普普

只能說飯店很會拍照，雙人房真的就是雙人房，建議不要再多一個人，床很小，位置也不大，沒辦法把行李箱打開那種，位置不錯，但旁邊的街道有流浪漢，要小心～

還可以吧，有熱水壺朋友們，帶好保温杯來。不然外面晚上追光是真的冷🥶年輕也吃不消啊

隔音不好，開關門聲音大，睡眠會一直被外面的聲音打斷。早餐不知道是疫情因素還是旅客人數太多，變成早餐袋，內容物不是太優

There is no parking available except on the street, and u must get up before 8am to pay parking meter.

If you want a quiet place to sleep, this is not it. We were in a room next to a room without a room number so I assume it was staff staying there. The door was opened and slammed all night long. We were woken up at 3 in the morning when someone was going in and out. The walls are paper thin, and several times I thought someone was opening our door when opening another room. We had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still knocked and announced themselves. We could hear people in the next room coughing and the people on the street talking and yelling. The staff was nice, the room was decent, and the bed was comfortable, but it was so noisy it made getting a decent nights rest impossible.

This place really needs a total renovation. It is worn and the floors are dirty. Granted it is really hard to keep all the dirt and cinders outside when the snow stays all winter in Yellowknife. Aside from the condition, the breakfast was sorely lacking. The coffee was terrible. There were very few choices which I initially thought was due to the remote location. However, restaurants all over town seemed to have fresh choices and there is a well-stocked grocery. We opted to dine out.

We stayed there for 4 nights without cleaning our bedroom nobody offered us for room service. No toilet papers no trash bags dirty electric fan. Smelly bathroom. I paid almost $1,800 it’s not cheap and I don’t deserve this kind of treatment.

Bedsheets getting worn out and crumpled. Toilet bowl needs cleaning. Musty smell in the room.

The hotel is located centrally in Yellowknife and close to different shops and restaurants. The hotel is in need of updating in the rooms, the lobby, the halls, etc. But, it’ll do for basic accommodations. The breakfast in the basement didn’t look very appealing. I skipped it beyond a cup of coffee in the morning.

The TV didn't work and no one came to fix it. There was a light bulb burned out. One of the light switches was "finneky" and needed to be played with to work. Lots of stains on the carpeting
