Sterling Yercaud

I have booked for Premium room which is larger in size but eventually when I got it is very smaller when I enquired mentioned me as studio room. Food is not that great even after having a food next day stomach got upset. Only plus point is view from Room

Firstly the hotel is located at the perfect place for the views and climate. Ambiance was very good and rooms were neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed the food a lot, the staffs and chefs in the kitchen are very friendly. Executive Chef Surya makes sure everyone is enjoying the food. Overall it was a nice experience staying at Sterling Yercaud, I will definitely recommend this Hotel.

We went there for a short break. The resort is fantastic. We took the Privileged suit.The rooms are spacious, clean, with big cupboards, freezer, and bathroom with all toilet items. We had a breathtaking view of the valley. The room service was excellent. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Night we had fun activities. It was fun and engaging. The food was good. Staff at the restaurant were also very polite and helpful. The resort is located near many sightseeing places. Highly recommend. Thanks

Had a wonderful stay, front offs staffs was very friendly, view from the resort is really amazing, food also up to the mark , rooms are neat & clean, maximum rooms has a good view , 100% worth for the money given, will recommend for my friends and family

It’s a beautiful property away from the crowd. The staff is extremely nice and made our stay very comfortable. The chef and team went out of the way to give us whatever we asked for. Holding 3 live counter for bfast was remarkable. Dosa, egg and paratha/Poori counter all together was just amazing. The bar was well stocked and they gave us amazing cocktails too.

Sterling Yecaud offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and satisfactory food. The resort's public areas boast lovely views, although our room's outlook left something to be desired. The rooms themselves are cozy and inviting, but the bathroom lighting could use a serious upgrade. It's like trying to find your way through a cave with a single match! The air conditioner was a non-issue thanks to the pleasant weather, and our check-in process was completely seamless. I indulged in a spa therapy and was thoroughly impressed by the masseuse's skill. The buffet spreads were decent, with a focus on Indian cuisine and a few Chinese options. While the term "pan-Asian" might be a stretch, the food was still enjoyable. Breakfast, however, could use a boost with more continental options and made-to-order eggs. Outside the resort, there's not much to explore on foot. If you're a smoker, be prepared to venture into town for your fix, as the resort is strictly non-smoking. And please, let's be kind to the staff and refrain from smoking in our rooms. With those stunning public views, why would you want to anyway? The Wi-Fi connection can be a bit finicky, but the front office staff is happy to help you get connected. Just listen carefully to their instructions and be patient. Although I can't recall their names, the staff at Sterling Yecaud were all incredibly polite, pleasant, and always ready to assist. The front office, housekeeping, and especially the security staff who showed us to our rooms were particularly helpful. A word of caution for those with mobility issues: navigating the resort involves climbing quite a few stairs to reach the rooms from the lobby. While there is an elevator, but it's so slow that even the sloth from 'Zootopia' would sprint past it. Be prepared for a workout as you climb those stairs. Overall, Sterling Yecaud is a solid choice for a relaxing getaway. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better.

This is the business trip I had been There. I am posting this review because As I am the organiser for this team outing.We had been their for 3 days,The best experience shared by my colleagues and staffs is 1.The location (Best view from the Hotel, probably u can't get anywhere else) 2.The Food(The best tasty food compared to any sterling properties) 3.The supporting staffs of the resort. If u are planning for family or business choose Sterling Yercaud

On 21st July, celebrated my birthday at Sterling Resort Yercaud, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breathtaking view of Salem, the chill climate, and the warm wishes made my day special. The food was excellent, and their desserts and coffee were out of this world. Special thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Surya and his team for their delicious food. Thanks to Mr. Prathap for teaching us Othello and allowing us to enjoy like kids in the Discovery Centre. Adding to the joy, I had a peaceful and sound sleep surrounded by friends. Highly recommend this serene getaway!

Last Saturday I went there with family members, awesome place, lot of enjoyment ,evening fire camp and games are excellent host by Mr prathap and Mr mithun, my children's are so excited. Rooms are very clean, room service and hospitality very good, simply enjoyed the day happily
