Ulasan Grand Mercure Yichang Waitan (Opening November 2023)

Loved it. Everything, from arrivals to departure, was excellent. Emilie and Niko at reception were excellent. Very accommodating. Helped hire a taxi to the Three Gorges Dam. The facilities at the Mercure are brand new and kept spotless. The restaurant is amazing. For dinner, there is a combination of hotpot and a buffet. Breakfast has a wide variety of options.

I traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city. The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang.

The hotel is relatively new and clean. I got upgraded to a Junior Suite as typical Guestrooms were sold out when I check in and the bed, showers are all comfortable. As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

Very clean, new hotel. The only downside of the hotel was the staff attitude. Breakfast restaurant staff not as friendly and unreasonable as we didn’t have time to eat so we wanted to pack some items from the buffet. The staff said NO when we paid for the breakfast but I eventually got to pack a few items to take away.

女兒非常喜歡，酒店位置優越，環境挺好，乾淨無異味，配套設備先進齊全，又是宜昌江邊[玫瑰]雖然在江邊，但是一點都沒有雜音，適合休息，管家Super退房很仔細，發現有貴重遺留物及時聯繫了我，非常值得肯定[強][強][強]

房間不算大，床很舒服，經常去宜昌，基本酒店住遍了，這家的床是最舒服的，唯一的不足是，安排的房間在拐角，正對走廊。本來也提前備註過了，結果還是安排的這種房間……，唉，如果不是真的床品不錯，也不會再訂了，希望下次別安排這種位置的房間了。沒有拍照，但是跟酒店發出來的一模一樣，發三張宜昌的桃花吧，湊個積分

不得不説羣眾的眼睛是雪亮的！宜昌美爵成為宜昌豪華酒店排行榜第一名，果然是有道理的！客房整潔舒適，衞生不錯，馬桶是智能的，使用方便！停車可以地上，也可以地下，十分便捷！早餐品類比較豐富！不得不説酒店的服務十分暖心！禮賓部的Laina熱情有禮！自助餐廳的Teemo，服務真誠！態度誠懇！必須大大點贊！入住時還送了臍橙。下次如果有機會去宜昌，還是會選擇這家酒店！

這個外灘美爵酒店一定是宜昌最好的酒店了！攜程排行應該是第一才對！前台服務熱情❤️早餐品種豐富！最主要的是還有恆温游泳池、温泉池和小童戲水池，太適合家庭親子入住了！酒店一樓的自主餐廳性價比太高了，小火鍋、刺身、燒烤、炒菜、港味、各種口味的小糕點，六種口味的冰激凌、清酒、紅酒、啤酒無限暢飲！在宜昌度過了快樂的三天，孩子沒住夠，下次還要來！祝美爵酒店生意興隆！

這次入住的酒店雖説設施嶄新，但房間裏的味道實在是太“新”了，刺鼻感很明顯。走廊裏有人抽煙，因為門縫偏大，煙味毫無阻礙地就鑽進房間裏。跟工作人員反饋，得到的回覆卻是沒辦法解決，多少讓人有點失望。整體服務水平和南方的酒店相比，還是存在一定差距，入住體驗感有待提升。

宜昌人在上海 過年回家度假 今年是第一次沒住家裡 在外灘住了6天 雖然是四星級 但是裏面設施對標的五星級 作為曾經在上海柏悦 凱悦酒店工作過的員工來説 外灘美爵裏面的工作人員面貌 以及硬件設施 相對非常nice 提個建議 每個房間裝一台膠囊咖啡機 b格又上去了 很多細節體現出宜昌現在做“服務”這條賽道上又上了一層 酒店工作人員服務很熱情 值班經理小吳非常貼心 服務也很熱情 打掃清潔的阿姨看到有顧客路過也會停下來打招呼問好👍

住得很舒服，房間裝修新。免費升級了房型，能看到江景，房間裏有紅酒杯和咖啡杯還有冰桶。早餐也很不錯。價格合理，有主動服務，不愧雅高旗下酒店，推薦入住

房間乾淨整潔，酒店大堂人員都是微笑服務，給客人的感覺非常好。酒店還有游泳池，水很乾凈，服務也很到位，以後每次去宜昌都會選擇住在這裏。
