온천과 수영장이 있다길래 타이베이 시내에서 좀 멀어도 예약을 했습니다. 외관은 정말 멋있고 실내도 정말 깨끗합니다. 하지만 수영장 물이 너무너무 차가워서 한번 담궜다가 바로 나왔습니다. 그리고 참고로 수영장은 수영모가 있어야 들어갈수 있습니다 ! 조식은 음식 종류도 많고 맛이 괜찮았습니다. 근처에 편의점과 마트가 있고 야시장은 13분 정도 걸어가면 있습니다. 온천은 너무너무 좋았구용 ! 한가지 아쉬웠던건 환전이 가능하다고 써져 있어서 돈이 좀 모잘라 환전을 말씀드렸더니 환전은 안된다 하네용 !! 다들 참고하시길 그래두 편히 쉬다 갑니당

Hotel very new, the “residence” has bigger rooms and is quieter. I don’t think the inconvenience is that big a problem, the peace and quiet is better The onsen tub is large and the room is very spacious and new All great

Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

The service as well as the food was fantabulous and professional. The room was clean and warm. The staff were kind and hospitable. We will definitely pay another visit and recommend the hotel to friends. No cap!

The location is close to Jiaoxi train station and along the main road. The room is spacious and very clean. The only thing is that the hotel onsen (hot spring) is only available to people with aged at 12 and over, and kids under 12 are not allowed to enjoy the big hotel onsen and have to use the in-room hot tub to have onsen. Other than that, the service is good and the hotel is nice. For family trip, I will not stay again but for trips with adults, this hotel is good to stay again.

Excellent stay in Jiaosi! The spa area is amazing with lots of options. Guests can feel free to join any diy workshops that have been scheduled and enjoy all the facilities, including KTV, gym room. Their buffet dinner and breakfast were great as well! Will definitely be back!

隱身在蘇澳的渡假飯店 房間整體都走日系風，榻榻米小床 泳池和spa區是重點，整體設計就是渡假飯店 小孩戲水區和泳池有分開，可以自在游泳 晚上還有香氛蠟燭在燒，走在泳池邊都能聞得到香味 早餐蠻好吃的，有中式、西式可選擇、不是自助但都是做好送至餐桌上

平均一年會來1到2次的飯店，小孩的天堂，進來就不想離開。裡面的設施各自吸引不同年鈴層，家族旅遊也很適合帶爸媽跟小孩來放鬆。這次加錢入住芬朵奇堡樓層，覺得很多很棒的部分。 1. 我們選一大床房型，有浴缸可泡澡還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，因為有音源輸出到浴室。房內有帳篷，兩個小孩第一晚都睡帳篷，爸媽反而可以享受超大的一大床不用再被小孩踢被冷醒。 2.住兩晚都遇到下雨天，可以在自己房間樓層開電動車不用去8樓排隊玩公用電動車。推薦住9樓，遇到下雨天的時候8樓走道還可能會塞車。 3.從9樓到窩窩樂有樓梯可通到8樓，從8樓有樓梯可下到趣七樓，這些設施都在同一邊，可以不搭電梯省下往返走路的時間。 4.第二天待到1點整去趣七樓，已經有其他房客先到了，還好還有空位，因為在接下來十分鐘內即將就額滿了。手沖咖啡很香，配上現場提供的餅乾麵包，很享受，但如果沒有找到座位就無法品嚐手沖咖啡。第一天下午三點多來趣七樓簡直是災難，一堆人走來走去，還有人問沒座位可以站著吃嗎?就算坐著也無法很放鬆，因為旁邊會有人在等你的位置。 5.很感謝飯店在兩點半後就準備好房間可以領房卡了，領房卡時就已經看到有人在排隊要等劃位電影票。上到九樓就看到領車中心也在排隊了，結果一到九樓就是小孩先去排隊領車中心，因為小孩雖然才小學三年級，但也有點大了，怕沒有適合他的車。結果果然沒錯，選擇很少，最後還好有選到他能開的車，不然唯一只看到一台較大台的摩托車給更大的哥哥騎。希望能進一些合適的車給這些小學三年級以上的大孩子騎。 6.很喜歡的是退房後跟進房前都能使用6樓的設施，每次退房後我們都會去SPA活水區玩。櫃臺還有拖鞋可以借，也有提供大毛巾跟水，衣櫃內還有袋子讓你裝濕衣服。整個都很貼心。玩水後我都會讓小孩先梳洗，好了之後到櫃檯旁邊的積木區玩，我在慢慢收拾東西。 7.房間內的備品也都不馬虎，我最愛的歐舒丹備品跟牛仔包，每次來內容物會更換，完全不會膩。

The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved. Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

最*的話說在前頭，早餐自助餐看到可怕的一幕（有照片影片為證）有一名工作人員在擺餐具在桌面上的時候，將餐巾紙和刀叉等，放在屁股後面口袋，我們全家看到以後食慾全無，很反胃，聽說他是該飯店「副總」，更是嚇一跳！希望他能正視衛生問題 優點： - 房間兩張單人床可以合併在一起，適合兩大一小一起睡，床乾淨好睡；廁所洗澡和馬桶分開兩間 - 陽台很大 - 前台有禮貌 - 泡完溫泉有送好吃的冰棒 缺點： - 遊戲區的廁所非常臭 - 房間的廁所門都是自動關閉，無法保持常開，小小孩自己開門容易夾到 - 前台人員沒注意到我們是住2晚，導致門卡第二天自動消磁，還要跑一趟前台重新換新的房卡，也因此第二天沒有及時打掃房間 - 房間的廁所很臭（有馬桶的那間）
