Good location, next to the railway station and near Huai Yuan night market. Family room with toys. A small tent and a Totoro soft bed for kids. Good for family of 4 or 5. Can ask for additional blanket. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok.

Even if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car. THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view. There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel. In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes. Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too. I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them. I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Perkhidmatannya sangat baik - menu perkhidmatan bilik pada harga yang berpatutan dan lazat dan semua kakitangan yang berinteraksi dengan saya adalah sangat profesional dan cekap. Lokasi agak tengah, tetapi juga di kawasan yang tenang. Terdapat banyak basikal elektrik berdekatan yang boleh anda gunakan dengan mudah untuk pergi ke tempat lain di bandar. Amazing hotel. The concierge, Jay, was extremely helpful in finding a driver and consulting with us on activities in the area. The spa services were top quality and the breakfast was great (and good value for money). Can’t say enough good things about all the service staff at the hotel.

温特茲酒店對於參加銀川馬拉松的我來説，實在是太方便了，酒店內涵大氣，辦理入住時聽説我來參賽，主動贈送了早餐，滿滿感動。 次日中午結束在去高鐵站，手機提示耳機忘在酒店，電話聯繫到前台馬樂，她非常耐心地幫我聯繫尋找。畢竟是自己的疏忽，給酒店工作人員添麻煩，居然很快找到了小小的耳機，我實在是太意外了。感謝酒店貼心服務！下次必須還來！

之前在內蒙住的就是智選假日，感覺非常好，這次來到銀川也是做了很久的功課，趁着沒怎麼漲價趕緊定了… 600多一晚的家庭房，超級合適！ 1號到的酒店，一問才知道，開業第四天～ 餐廳不光可以吃早餐，還可以點正餐，有包房有散台，這點實在是太棒了！ 整體環境衞生沒毛病，服務人員態度超級棒！點贊！ 每個樓層都有這種綠色的景觀，非常舒適，映入眼簾的綠色，就像住在叢林中～ 推薦推薦，下次還住這裏！ 銀川很美，值得一去！

Hotel is service is good, clean and close to shopping place. But it's not for international traveler as they can't accept International credit card. Lucky, I still have some cash available to pay. Otherwise I don't know how to settle the hotel bill.
