Hotel is located across a lovely lake. Check in lunch and dinner all were smooth and the local food was delicious. The hotel itself is rather worn down, facilities have had their time and really need maintenance. Walls were crumbling, walls were stained, corridors were loud, machines in the gym were broken. Those that weren’t broken were a health hazard. However across from the hotel is a lovely amusement area where you could spend all day, with plenty to do at affordable prices. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, and the hot springs are worth a visit.

Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Best view and service kids enjoy every much

This was probably the best hotel experience it was absolutely relaxing, breathtaking beautiful and peaceful! ALL the staff were super happy lovely and always there to assist! The hot springs was amazing, got offered tea all the time and they gave free fruit afterwards where you can sit and relax. Sad i only discovered this place now would have loved to have known about this hotel sooner.

A fabulous mountain hot spring hotel. Perfect for a weekend getaway if looking to chill in the silence of nature. I was completely satisfied with the service and left feeling refreshed. M.West

If the weather is great this would be a wonderful destination with a family to get away. When it rains there is not much to do except go to the Hot spring. The Hot spring is amazing and beautiful. Breakfast was not great.

這是一間溫泉度假式的酒店，所有入住的房間都會包浸溫泉的門券兩張。房間乾淨衛生，設施齊全，有健身室、泳池，而房間內還有浴缸，從露台看出的湖景，景色10分優美怡人寫意。另外，早餐10分豐富，食物種類繁多。此外，這裏還有遊樂場和觀光景點，很適合一家大細來度假旅遊。

房間蠻好，就是枕頭太軟了，我夏天也來住過，防蚊蟲算是做的比較好的，陽台景色也很美。就是温泉很多設施沒開放，衞生方面也比以前下滑了，池裡面有水杯漂浮，水也不太熱，如為泡温泉再來就難點了，但休閑遊陪外地朋友看看寶晶宮是可以的😁

這家酒店環境超讚，庭院綠樹成蔭，鮮花盛開。房間視野開闊，能欣賞到迷人湖景。服務更是沒得説，員工笑容滿面，熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸，尤其是茶語温泉裏的龔武平等每一位遇到的阿姨，熱情周到，細心介紹路線和設施，提醒不要着涼，住客皆贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

第二次來寶晶宮。誇獎温泉的龔阿姨，倒水切水果換毛巾很棒！接駁車曾小哥服務和響應速度太好了！而且還額外幫忙了很多其他事情！最後對自助餐區的主管譚小姐説一下謝謝！整體環境和服務一次比一次好了！下次還去！

這是一間非常好的休閒渡假温泉酒店，適合一家大少，朋友共聚，情侶拍拖，員工旅遊的好地方。有數拾個不同形式，類型温泉可供浸泡，亦有各類型遊戲提供旅客玩樂，那個寶晶宮溶洞更是華麗壯觀，難得一見。所有服務員都非常友善，態度一流，盡心服務旅客。就其是温泉內的餐廳陸大姐，更是廚藝高手，給了我們一頓美味晚餐。有時間，必定再來

為了釣魚定的船屋，非常值得！景色很美，在船尾直接可以釣魚，剛好碰上跨年還有煙花秀，早上又可以看日出。最後狠狠點贊營地的服務，有專屬的管家羣，去哪裡可以讓管家開車接送，我們高鐵比較晚，管家毛有谷和曾梓健還幫忙延遲退房和溝通釣魚位置，能感受到管家們的熱心和貼心，船屋下次繼續！
