I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was! When we arrived we got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the mountains and lake, that was an amazing start to this trip! The staff was very helpful and we could always communicate via WeChat as to avoid the language barrier. We also had booked the breakfast buffet, there were lots of options to choose from. From more western style breakfasts like cereal and croissants to a full Chinese breakfast. We didn’t have the dinner booked, so we ate one night at the buffet. That was a little expensive for my taste, 20 euros per person. I mean there were lots of options but it was a little expensive for our taste. Otherwise I recommend staying here 10/10!

Initially, I was a bit concerned seeing that this hotel opened in 2017, thinking it might feel dated, and the price wasn't exactly cheap. However, once I entered the lobby, a staff member named Liu Qianqian helped me find a room. The room I ended up with was exactly what I was looking for, offering sunset views. Unfortunately, the weather today wasn't great, so I couldn't fully appreciate the beautiful sunset I had hoped for. Despite that, Qianqian's service was truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including an ancient grotto dating back millions of years, hot springs, numerous swimming pools, boat rides, and a wide array of other entertainment options. The room was also impeccably clean. We booked a king room with a direct lake view, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. We also really liked the room's decor, and it even came with a bathtub. The hotel service was exceptional. I accidentally scalded myself with hot water while pouring it, and the hotel promptly sent a staff member with burn cream. Fortunately, it was delivered in time, preventing any blisters or scars, which is truly commendable.

The hotel pool is beautiful, offering picturesque 'Little Guilin' scenery. It's conveniently located right next to the Baojing Palace Scenic Area, which you can easily reach by walking or by renting an electric scooter. The hot spring environment is excellent, with complimentary watermelon provided. All staff members were incredibly polite, greeting us warmly whenever we passed by. Definitely worth recommending!

## Family Trip Recommendation: Yingde Baojing Palace Swan Lake Resort As dusk draped itself across the lake, the glass dome of our boathouse room became enveloped in moonlight, drawing the starry sky and the full moon into its embrace. Our child, nestled in the swan-shaped bathtub, enjoyed a tea-infused hot spring bath. As water splashed, the lake's shimmering reflection outside danced in harmony with the stars visible through the dome. Later in the evening, our family relaxed on the private terrace, listening to the gentle lapping of water against the boathouse and watching the moon weave a silvery path across the lake. It was then we truly realized that the fairytale dream of 'living on the moon' could be a wonderfully tangible and magical experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, picturesque setting with a truly wonderful environment. The rooms are quite spacious, and the lake view rooms offer direct, prime views of the lake. However, cleanliness was a significant issue. Upon checking the room, I discovered black bugs and an unidentified liquid on the bedsheets. To their credit, after I informed the front desk, they promptly arranged for staff to change the sheets and carry out pest control. Additionally, the hotel's hot spring area offered a rather limited selection of open pools.

The hotel's location is truly superb, right on the shores of Baohjinggong Swan Lake, nestled amidst lush green hills and clear waters. We had beautiful weather during our stay, and the balcony view of the lake was absolutely stunning – perfect for photos. Despite it being a busy summer weekend, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which was great! The room was generally clean, although the floor felt a little damp when we first checked in. The restaurant's food was just okay; they offered a good variety, but the taste was average. The hotel is incredibly close to the Baohjinggong scenic area, just a few minutes' walk, which was very convenient.

The entire hotel, including the room, reeked of mildew. I couldn't sleep all night, constantly breathing in that unpleasant smell. Cleanliness was appalling: the duvet was yellow and stained, and the washbasin's hygiene was simply unspeakable. While the room itself was spacious, the bedding felt damp. If it's like this in summer, I can only imagine how humid it would be during other seasons. The 'hot spring pools' were a joke. It was a tiny area with about thirty pools, none of which were filled properly; the water was shallow and extremely dirty. All other activities cost extra. Even a game of billiards was limited to one session, and they wouldn't let you play even if the tables were unoccupied, unlike other hotels where you can usually get equipment with your room card. This place was overpriced and utterly un-fun.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the cleanliness needs improvement. The service, however, was great; the staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always ready to answer any question or fulfill any request. I stayed in a lake-view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the hot spring area is quite a distance from the hotel, and I just couldn't be bothered to go out and experience it – that's a significant drawback.

The environment here is fantastic, truly a natural oxygen bar. I especially loved having a huge, multi-hundred-square-meter private yard for the RV, and being able to barbecue there was a definite plus. You can fish freely too. My only minor complaint is that the RV can get a bit warm during summer days. There are caves to explore and bungee jumping opportunities nearby. Overall, the experience was excellent. The campsite's service was also superb, offering pick-up and drop-off services to many places. Their service attitude was absolutely first-rate. Breakfast, however, was just okay.

This trip truly exceeded all my expectations. It was incredibly beautiful, enjoyable, comfortable, and spotless. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and pristine environment – it was completely unexpected. What was even more surprising was the exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and considerate service from the front desk staff, which truly warmed my heart. She even gave us some game tokens to enjoy activities within the hotel. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which offered an incredible variety of dishes. There were so many delicious options, plus a dedicated children's area with special small bowls for kids. You'll find almost any savory dish or meat you could wish for! But the absolute highlight is the Tea-themed Hot Springs! There are various hot springs, both cold and hot, all incredibly relaxing. What left the deepest impression on me was the Rose Black Tea, with its rich, aromatic scent that filled the air. However, the local specialty, Yinghong No. 9, was truly the most uniquely soothing and special! (Psst, they even offer tea to keep you hydrated!) Seriously, my overall experience was just incredible, haha! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come and fully immerse yourselves in the beautiful landscapes, embrace nature, and truly enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel boasts a truly stunning and unique natural setting. I stayed in a lake view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the swimming pool, Swan Lake, and the surrounding mountains. It was definitely worth the extra cost over a garden view room. The infinity pool is incredibly picturesque and great for photos, but the hot springs were just average. You can also buy tickets for the scenic area's attractions directly at the hotel, and they are the same price as online, so there's no need to purchase them in advance.

The mattress was pretty comfortable, but the service was just okay. This amusement park is an absolute rip-off! The rides are old and ridiculously expensive. I assumed the hotel stay covered all the attractions, but it turned out that besides the admission ticket, absolutely nothing else was included for free. For over 200 RMB, why would anyone bother with these few outdated attractions when they could just go to Window of the World instead?

A truly wonderful stay. Everything about the room was perfect – from the breathtaking view to the spaciousness and cleanliness, it all deserved full marks. The surrounding environment was also exceptionally beautiful and picturesque. Watching the shimmering lake, nestled among the surrounding mountains, from our room was truly breathtaking and incredibly refreshing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were even offered complimentary milk in the afternoon. During check-in, the lovely staff at the front desk even upgraded our room type. The service overall was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Our entire family absolutely loved our stay, and we've already recommended it to many of our friends. It's definitely a place we'll frequent!
