The hotel parking is convenient, and the customer service can handle it. The oolong tea flavor is very good, and the room is very satisfactory.

店家的服務特別好，好到什麼程度呢，首先保安會指引車輛，幫拿行李，到前台後一杯熱茶，瞬間對酒店充滿好感，壞境也十分好，特別乾淨整齊，設施很齊全，洗衣房健身房餐廳樣樣俱全，服務管家很不錯啊，提供洗衣服務非常值得推薦！

The housekeeping staff is excellent. They are efficient and clean up the room within one hour of my leaving the room in the morning. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is ok, not the best.

Excellent service Hotel staff gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel provided shuttle to trade centre and recommendations on where to sightsee. Hotel room was also well equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast buffet had sufficient variety though more inclined towards the Chinese palate.

The location was everything for me, shopping mall with all key brands in Glory mall, can walk to all market districts, the height of the hotel was awesome. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 29th floor, good view.

I travelled here alone but I saw many families and couples also stayed there. This hotel suitable for everyone. One of the USP is it is very near to all the area and near to famous night market just 300m . My stay was very comfortable and enjoyed it. The reception staff are cooperative and one the staff named 小鹿 ( Lucy) very helpful and she speaks very well English which is great help for foreigners. This is very near to International Trade centre too. Over all it’s good hotel to stay anyone.

這次入住體驗太棒啦！必須誇誇前台小姐姐，不小心劃傷手指正發愁時，抱着試試看的心態跟前台求助，小姐姐那叫一個熱心，不僅迅速找來創可貼，還貼心詢問傷勢，滿臉關切。本是異鄉奔波、疲憊入住，這一暖心舉動瞬間讓我有了家的感覺，讓冰冷的旅途添了份温情。酒店房間乾淨整潔、設施完備房間智能化有小度，提供的一次性毛巾很方便衞生以後出行首選這兒，推薦給大家！

Well it was the worst stay on China ever :) loud drunk Spanish and Arabic ****** shouting till morning on the floor, knocking on doors at night and hotel staff couldn't do anything with them until 4AM. I waited till morning, returned my future days stay amount and moved5o another hotel and it was best solution.

This hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands. The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services. Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world. All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.
