Hotel berhampiran Birthplace of the Hikawamaru, Yokohama

桜木町駅から徒歩数分の立地です。横浜市役所近くですね。 建物４階まではホテルで、それ以上はマンションのようですが、エントランスが真逆なのでかち合わない造りです。 フロントも内装もキレイで、カジュアルな雰囲気です。 フロントにはコーヒーがありました。コンビニも近くにあり便利です。 部屋の場所にもよるのでしょうが、泊まった部屋は浴槽がヘンテコな仕様で、これならシャワーのみでよかったかなぁと。

Ia adalah hotel terbaik. Bilik-bilik adalah baru dan bersih. Terdapat kedai serbaneka, Family Mart dan kafe di sebelah hotel, menjadikannya sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat. Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar. Saya ingin menginap di hotel ini apabila saya pergi dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Yokohama.

Nice location near the Red Brick Warehouse, World Porters, and Isezakicho Shopping and Food district. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were basic. The fridge has a switch to turn it on, the air conditioner could not be turned on so the room was very warm, 25 C, even with the window open. The staff was very helpful with directions, luggage storage, and ordering an Uber. The breakfast was busy but good especially the fresh fruit juices. Really easy to get there from the subway station. The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.

Goed hotel, erg vriendelijke staff zowel bij de receptie als de medewerkers van de was. Erg schoon hotel en niet te duur. Enigste min puntje is het zijn AC rooms (centrale A-C) maar de temperatuur is niet in te stellen erg heet. Raam kan ook niet open.

The hotel service was excellent. Staff are well-trained, professional and customer-oriented. Room facilities and environment are great. I definitely will come back again for my next trip to Yokohama.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

It is greatly located near to Shin yokohama station which is a new business district. Very nice location and near to none stop shuttle bus to Narita airport.

Even though it is a three stars hotel but I felt that it has way exceeded my expectations. I was afraid that the public facilities such as the onsen and eating area will not be maintained well but they were really clean. Nothing to complain about the room, it looks new and tidy. Other than the perks of having late night snacks, there are also reading corners, massage chairs and laundry (+dryer) machines. It is worth to at least try the breakfast for one day, the spread was extensive! Location wise, it is really convenient. It's just a few mins walk to the main streets and there is a direct train station to Haneda Airport.
