The late-night bath option is a huge plus. While the room is compact, it's perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough to fill you up. The fully automated check-in and check-out means you can just head out, which is incredibly convenient.

We were so incredibly impressed by this hotel. It deserves more than three stars. The onsen was amazing. The facilities were great. The staff were amazing. I think locals come here in the morning and pay to have their breakfast. We have stayed at other super hotels because of this experience that we had and none of them compare to this one. The morning breakfast line was incredibly long, but the staff was incredible and polite and help make the experience as great as possible. The food was impeccable Way beyond our expectations. We think it's a local's hidden gem.

I can't recommend the facilities enough. The breakfast spread is incredibly diverse and plentiful, and they even offer a carbonated bath to relax in. In the evenings, complimentary alcoholic drinks are provided, where you can mix your own cocktails. Complimentary skincare amenities are also a nice touch. For a budget-friendly hotel in Yokohama, this place offers outstanding value!

The room facilities were cleaner than I expected, which was nice. Being able to use my own pajamas and pillows was incredibly convenient and nice. The staff were also friendly, which made me very satisfied.

Hotels in this price range in Japan are generally small, so you'll get used to it. The location is great; it's a 6-7 minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station at most.

It was a triple room, but it was so small and I was surprised that I had to put the sheets on the top bunk myself. This was the first time I'd ever had to do this in a hotel. Triple rooms require detailed explanations in advance when booking. Everything else was great.

Regarding the public bath, there were not enough lockers for the number of guests. When I wanted to change, there was a line behind me, so I had to change while being watched by the people behind me. There were also not enough showers, so there was a line, so I had to wait naked for a while. When I left, there was another line, so I had to quickly change while being watched by the people in line. Also, the bathroom was full of hair, which was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

This stay was fantastic, a 5/10! The hotel's complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well-balanced, with a delicious mix of meat and vegetables – I was very satisfied. I was also surprised to find a free public bathhouse; the facilities were clean and comfortable, a perfect way to wash away the day's fatigue. The best part was the free luggage storage; after check-out, I could easily go sightseeing without dragging my luggage. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making commuting to attractions or the city center super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for an event at Yokohama Arena. The check-in service was excellent! ⭐︎ Normally, check-in takes a while at any hotel during an event, but they allowed me to check in early, allowing me to use the lounge (breakfast area) and wait, which was extremely helpful during this scorching heat. However, I thought I would have to wait in line for the elevator as the number of people waiting increased, but when it was time to check in, the staff called out to me by floor, and I was able to get on the elevator and check in smoothly.♪ Thanks to them, I was able to get changed and rest before the event! When I stayed here a while ago, there were people stuck near the elevator, making it difficult to move, but I'm grateful to the staff for their daily efforts and improvements! I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity! Thank you very much!♪
