Good location for family with kids. One side of the hotels rooms have a great view with rice and train station. My kid loved watching passing by trains far from the hotel. I could foucs working because of that. Food is great and you also have an Italian restaurant in the hotel. There many small restaurants near by. Translation is 250mts close by.

Everything was good. Only cleaning is little weak point. In the hotel room there was bad smell. Smell was like dirty room but room was clean on looks. Other service is okay and fine. There is facility of venders for juice and beer.

Terdapat kedai serbaneka di tingkat bawah, dan terdapat pasar raya AEON sejauh 300 meter apabila anda membelok ke kiri. Berjalan kaki ke pelabuhan dan Chinatown. Saya tidak tahu sehingga saya keluar dari hotel bahawa terdapat seorang lelaki berbahasa Cina di meja depan, tetapi selepas tinggal di hotel selama dua hari, saya boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris dengan lancar.

水回りのお掃除は少々アレですが、数日なら問題なく過ごせます。お部屋もバストイレも広くて快適でした。ズボンプレス機が備え付けなのはとっても便利でした！
朝食付きでコメダ朝食を楽しみにしていたのですが、朝は6時30分からなので、時間に余裕がない方にはおすすめできません。コメダのスタッフさんも少ないのと、一般の方と分けているわけでもないので出てくるまでに時間もかかります。安めの朝食ビュッフェ付きホテルでも6時か6時半の設定だと思いますが、あくまでセルフならそれもありと言ったところでしょうか？
朝だけでも専用の案内スタッフや調理スタッフ補助をつけるべきなのかなぁと思いました。待っている間も時間ないから〜という声が聞こえてきましたし、私も少し焦りを感じました。いつもなら嬉しいはずのあつあつのコーンスープも時間の無さからちょっとだけイラついてしまいました。粘度が高い分、コーヒーよりも冷めなくて最後まで美味しく頂けましたが仕事で来ている人にはちょっと優しくないですね。
ホテルは快適に過ごせたのでまたの機会に利用したいと思います。

服務員不會主動給你打掃衞生，需要在門外邊貼上磁吸牌（請打掃衞生）。
門鎖是密碼鎖，把門帶上後不會自動鎖，出門後需要按一個鑰匙圖案的按鈕才能上鎖。這點一定要注意。
周邊坐車吃飯挺方便，對面就是中華料理店，叫慶豐酒家，是一對來自浙江的夫妻店，人很熱情，我們想喝點中國白酒，大姐拿了她兒子的存貨免費給我們喝了。
她家做的菜味道都還不錯。
還有考雞肉串的店，居酒屋啥的。

This hotel is a great budget hotel right in the center of Yokohoma. The place is very close to all the good amenities and are walking distance. You can see the Yokohoma Dena Blue Star Stadium outside and Chinatown is one station away. The room we had was nice. The staff here is very kind, friendly and helpful. The fact that you can rent your own private sauna is the highlight for this hotel. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Yokohama for a short stay.

PPengguna TetamuBangunan itu sangat indah sehingga saya bingung ke mana hendak masuk dan pergi ke meja depan.
Saya fikir anda akan faham sebaik sahaja anda menginap, tetapi sukar untuk tinggal melainkan anda biasa dengan nombor bilik.
Tidak banyak restoran di sekitar, jadi kebanyakan makanan adalah di kedai serbaneka yang boleh dikunjungi dari hotel.
Lokasinya juga sukar dicari
Lobi dan bilik adalah ber***a dan mewah.
Ia mengambil masa kurang daripada 3 minit dari hotel untuk pergi ke Pia Arena, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk tinggal berdekatan.

The staff is helpful, amenities such as face wash ,toner and moisturizer in sachet are available at level 9 lobby. Different flavour tea is available for guests. Breakfast is served with some Western spread.Most items are Japanese dishes such as.seafood bowls and beef bowls. Very thoughtful guests are able to take away the hot drinks in takeaway cup.

Terdapat kedai serbaneka, Family Mart dan kafe di sebelah hotel, menjadikannya sangat mudah.
Perkhidmatan penghantaran seperti perkhidmatan kurier juga disediakan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk kotak kadbod. Yang bestnya, kakitangannya hebat.
Lokasinya sempurna, dan ia tidak terlalu jauh dari Stesen Yokohama, jadi saya dapat bergerak dengan lancar.
Saya ingin menginap di hotel ini apabila saya pergi dalam perjalanan perniagaan ke Yokohama.

AAde P.A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November.
Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it.
The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum.
I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

The location is good because there are many places to eat and drink, it is also close to the Bus terminal in case you are planing to take a night bus to another city. Department Stores and PKM center also around the area. The Capsules are wide and clean, you have TV, headphones, light, etc. You also get pajamas, which are soft and big. They give you a locker witha key, you can sotre your shoes, bag, etc you need for the day, and also you have a room to store your big bags. The brathroom were clean, and also they have separate room with mirrors next to the locker rooms for you to shave, do makeup, etc you need. The sauna and showers are located in the 1st floor, you get a big and a small towel. Inside you can find shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc. Finally, check out is really easy and they let you keep your bags in the sotrage room after check out, but i would recomend to ask for how long they can keep them. I defenitively recommend this place for short or long stay.

PPengguna TetamuI absolutely love this hotel! The room was spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. Had a good night sleep and I'm usually a light sleeper even with the sound of the trains, it wasn't that noticeable for me. The cleaners are efficient and there is a communal table on the ground floor near reception which is a great spot for working while the cleaner is cleaning with access to cold tea and amenities. I didn't like the check in process with the male Chinese receptionist, I felt it was a bit difficult for him to check me in and was hesitant to give me free wifi so I could show him my reservation email, he eventually was able to find my reservation, this is a very minor complaint. I will definitely rebook again as the location is close to convenient stores and the train station and a nice stroll through the harbour and Collette Mane. Very affordable accommodation and great value for what you get compared to areas that are closer to Tokyo.

Although staff-san not.good at English , but theirs service minds are top class just use translator talking , they will help you a lot
Food is also good , don't forget to have food before 9.40 am I almost forget that limit time is 9.40 am not 10.00 am as room checking out period time (have breakfast then go back to room if bate choose for get up late person)
Facility is also good 👍 and have working corner at lobby floor ,
I gib 10/10 because I don't know because I feel satisfied with out problem and they help problem that I met with others too lol

PPengguna TetamuNice to set my foot again to this hotel. It was the hotel accommodation I booked during my first trip in Japan. Still the same except they dont offer breakfast . The staffs are friendly and helpful.
