This place was the best I have stayed in all China. The lady was so kind and helpful for everything. They gave suggestions on what to see, offered a traditional outfit to wear for photos, even did my hair, ordered the taxis for ne back and forth the train station.
And the room was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, clean, comfortable and the wifi was very good, which is hard in this place.
The guesthouse is very close to Furong Ancient Town, just 5 mins walk and 15 mins ride from the train station.
The only downside was the noise outside because they are building a new bridge, but they did warn me before in case I wanted to change. I just didn’t mind because I was out during the day.

Very nice family that run it, really helpful. Kind welcome, offered me some fruit and then dropped me off at the train station for free in the morning. Room was very big, clean, comfortable, couldnt really fault it. Location is excellent, just a minutes walk from the ticket office and entrance to the Ancient Town. Lots of mini-markets, restaurants etc nearby. Overall great value.

Amazing place to stay, great location and extremely helpful reception. They showed me all available rooms and I was able to choose a free upgrade, I was given a room. with a better balcony and view, i enjoyed sitting over the river very much . The room was clean and comfortable, excellent stay in a magical ancient town, I hope to return

The property was in a remote but easily accessible area, with beautiful views of the mountains from my room. The rooms were lovely and used quality construction, immaculately cleaned, very nice amenities. Owner very nice, she helped us arrange the tour guide, buy tickets beforehand and cars to train station etc. Will definitely stay here again next time.

love the viewwww you can literally see every thing from here, not too far but walking from both of the side of the street. And i’m highly recommended the food is the restaurant is pretty good compared to the other in the area also the price is resonable. and the hotel is new and decorated in chinese modern style love it very much just that the restrooms is always wet because of the shower door isn’t completely seal

The best stay you can choose! Located right next to the waterfall. The hotel has a clear view to it and has a big balcony to enjoy the view comfortably without the crowd.
I was worried before coming if the room would smell damp because of the hotels proximity to the waterfall, but no! The rooms smelled so nice❤️
The staff were very helpful and caring! The lady helped with carrying my heavy bag all the way to the hotel! Crossing the river and up so many steps💔 I felt really bad. So future guests, please carry a light piece of luggage with you.

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

Amazing hotel. We loved everything. Starting with the lady owner, she was very sweet. The rooms were big, beautiful, with great views. They booked the best table at the restaurant with a view to the waterfall and told us where to watch the shows and how to see the town. They booked the transfer to drop us off at the train station, which was really helpfull.
We recommend This hotel to anyone coming to fenghuang

AAnTrieWe were picked up from the train station free of charge, given a friendly welcome and immediately invited for tea. The hotel is tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is family-like. The owners helped us organize our stay. The owner even speaks English. The room is equipped with everything you need. The hotel is right at the entrance to the old town. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable and would happily recommend the hotel. A big thank you to the staff.

The hotel's excellent location allowed us to easily reach main tourist attractions on foot. The room was pleasant and impeccably clean. The owners' hospitality shone through as they picked us up from the train station and dropped us back the next day, despite the language barrier. They generously provided a small dinner snack and fresh mandarins, adding a personal touch to our experience. Their helpfulness extended to every aspect, making it a memorable and welcoming stay. We highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff is so caring and kind, they upgraded our room to a bigger one with a balcony. Also, the location is so convenient and the view from the room is just wonderful. The rooms are super clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is situated just inside the furong ancient town, so you will be able to live inside the beautiful view and adore the beauty of this ancient village. Also, ask the staff in advance if you need a car for pick up and drop off to the railway station. They don't charge much very reasonable cost of 20 rmb.

The breakfast was very delicious, thanks to Song jiejie & team for their patience in explaining to us about the food when we asked. Appreciate the staff who helped to drive us back and forth from the railway station as well. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I accidentally left my jacket & they delivered it to me via express delivery. Much appreciated and thank you so much!

The owner is very communicative and really helpful in trying to make us comfortable staying there. This hotel has high-end amenities especially in the bathroom and toilet. PPengguna Tetamu酒店交通：離景區入口一百米左右，步行兩分鐘就能到景區，位置就在芙蓉老街上，很舒適。停車也比較方便可以停在客棧樓下免費得噢~設施：樓下是店主得藥店~哈哈哈我覺得很方便有點不舒服樓下兩個醫生中西醫都有。房間我們選的小一點得畢竟衹有兩個人，去的那天老闆娘讓自己選房間，真的超級超級好！房間雖小五臟俱全什麼東西都齊全，而且衛生真的是旅遊這段時間住過得最乾淨得一家！不臟不亂不差！服務：老闆跟老闆娘人都超級好！還有他家得小兒子哈哈哈特別好玩，真的非常喜歡他們一家的氛圍！停車開車老闆都會幫忙看真的很好！餐飲：地道小吃老闆娘安排給我了！晚上她們家做了油炸小土豆還給我留了一份我真的哭死！家人們真的太好吃了嗚嗚嗚哪怕我回四川了都想念得味道。因為貪吃想吃當地美食問了老闆娘就在客棧旁邊得飯店！田螺米粉都超好吃~全部空盤了我是真的很推薦這家客棧！乾淨又衛生！真正的賓至如歸

We couldn’t reach the landlord for pickup via WeChat but after arriving got free drop off at the station instead. It worked very smoothly. In total can recommend.

TTomas SaraleguiThe hotel is very nice, on top of a restaurant. The rooms were very beautiful. We booked a “panorama room” thinking it might have a view because of the name. Since it didn’t, we asked for an upgrade to a room with waterfalls view. Fortunaly, there was availability, so the team helped us change rooms. The view from the balcony was really amazing. It’s worth adding that the hotel is inside the scenic area, where taxis can’t arrive. Ours left us in the closest gate (Liang Bridge), purchased the tickets, and we walked a short distance (300mts).

HHotel TravelmaniaIt's a pity that they were doing maintenance to the river in front of my room. Otherwise it will be absolutely perfect. This hotel is rustic with traditional ancient local decorations. It really gives you the mood and vibe being in an ancient town.
The service is amazing. Friendly and pleasant staffs which will give you tips on what to do around here. They also provide pick up from the train station which we really appreciate.
This hotel is located near the famous bridge. It is quieter this side. The square with performances is just 5 mins walk. The waterfall is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. No problem getting food nearby. There's a mini mart few steps away as well.
The room aircond is good, WiFi and shower could be better. Bed is comfy and it has a huge TV.
Overall I think this hotel is a good choice for it's location and affordable pricing.

CChyllaxThe location is superb. The plus is that they arrange pick up:drop off at Furongzhen station. Communication is via WeChat, spoken English is minimal so translation apps are a must. Expect service comparable to an upscale hostel despite a hotel price point, room is fairly clean but it’s the view that you’re paying for; so it’s up to your personal judge regarding value for money. Bathrooms have modern appliances but shower area lacking light. Water pressure is to be expected from old town. Air con good, esp for hot days. Room had a mirror on the ceiling and c**dom for sale so likely the room had an additional purpose!! Price doesn’t include entrance to town, you must purchase if you want to walk around the waterfall and covered bridge areas. There is a noodle shop opposite which will likely be your breakfast spot.
