Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful, call in advance for pick up service if needed. Although there is not much around the hotel but they also do drop off and pick up right by the ancient old town which is super helpful Everything as pictured and described their hospitality was on par would definitely stay here again

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Free drop off at the Furongzhen railway station. Good location, step out of the hotel straight to a row of shops/restaurants. Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

房間的風格是我非常喜歡的那種，開始還怕跟圖片不一樣，到了以後看到非常滿意，接待的小姐姐也非常熱情，到停車場接的我們，又是給我們提行李，又是給我牽小孩，看她個女孩子，搞得我都不好意思，必須給她點贊。到客棧後，店裡人也很熱情，是我這麼多次旅遊，感覺最舒服的一次，她們家離瀑布也近，看風景也方便。下次帶家人來還住她們家，這裏景美人善。完美的一次旅行......

Very nice homestay. The host was amazing and very proactive, providing us with a detailed itinerary and a map of Furong Ancient Town. We don’t speak Chinese, but that wasn’t a problem at all because we used an online translator. The place itself is very charming. You are always welcome to drink green tea, which is made by the host from his garden (and the tea is amazing). Our type of room felt a bit cluttered, so if you have a lot of luggage, that might be an issue. The bed was good, with nice linens and comfortable pillows. Breakfast was also very nice, and everything was fresh. Just keep in mind that the hotel is outside of Furong Ancient Town, but it’s situated just a couple of minutes from the main gate.

Everything is good, and the services were excellent, free pick up from railway station (one way) Check in complimentary with wine and fruit, there are no lift but don't worry about that, they will help to send to your room The only complaint is their breakfast, very simple with one egg and noodle, no refill if you come late to the breakfast.

Very Nice inn with friendly owners. It is very well situated in the Ancient City. The owners can get you a 3 day pass for the city for a reduced price. We booked the twin room in december and luckily there is a heater to keep you warm. The view is incredibly beautiful and there is a cute little balcony. We would stay here again.

The staff is so caring and kind, they upgraded our room to a bigger one with a balcony. Also, the location is so convenient and the view from the room is just wonderful. The rooms are super clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is situated just inside the furong ancient town, so you will be able to live inside the beautiful view and adore the beauty of this ancient village. Also, ask the staff in advance if you need a car for pick up and drop off to the railway station. They don't charge much very reasonable cost of 20 rmb.

Great location! Not far from the city entrance. You can walk to many attractions from the hotel. The staff so welcoming and helpful. You can book a room with railway pickup service. She gave good recommendations and assist us finding car back to railway station. She even gave hair pin and snack for us to have on the early morning train. The room has some stains on the wall but everything else was clean. It was cozy with all necessary amenities. I wish I can rate more than 5 stars on service.

很少做評價，但是這家民宿的老闆真的太好啦！！真的超熱情好客，行李箱會幫我們拿，最主要的是我們的人行李箱還那麼重！他們家的餐廳也好吃！不貴！還超大份！房間衛生真的很乾凈，我是有衛生潔癖的人，在鳳凰古城住的都不知道是什麼鬼，鬱悶了很久，來了這裏之後不好的心情一掃而空～強烈推薦！

高鐵接送這點民宿還是很好的，我是乘坐高鐵過來的。自己打出租車下到景區的，一路走一路看最後選擇了這家民宿。第一説一下民宿的位置。位置是在景區西門裡麪。地理位置很好，在民宿的房間可以看到芙蓉鎮全貌。第二就是民宿的早餐很好吃，也很豐富。第三就是老闆説的高鐵接送，這點真的很方便。而且都是專車專送。第四就是老闆送我們的網紅打卡位，位置也很👍。遺憾的是瀑布水很小。但是寶子們可以放心沖

The hotel is conveniently located near the Furong old town it takes about 10 minutes walk to the entrance. The hotel is clean and the boss is very friendly. The boss is helpful we had a wifi connection problem he did came through. Foreign friendly service.

房間簡單整齊，性價比較高。老闆娘很熱情，服務態度很好。孩子的腳由於扭傷，行動不便，景區開車不方便，老闆娘用電車把孩子送到了景區。我們在她們家吃了土雞，雞肉很緊實，是真正的土雞。這家飯店的飯很好吃，價格合理。
