Location is great. Just next to the tourist attractions. Hotel room was superb!!! Lovely, spacious and relaxing. The massage on level 2 is a must go! Super love the massage and service provided at a very reasonable price. Hotel provides free ride to the railway station which was amazing! I super love this hotel!!! Will come back just to chillax in the hotel.

Splendid design and the room is very spacious. The service is good. They even provide free shuttle service to go to the train station. The road side bbq outside the hotel is good. And there is a supermarket right beside the hotel.

Best hotel we have stayed in China. The interior design is very modern and clean. We loved all the hotel facilities. The hotel also provided a free pick up and drop off at the railway station. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful stay!

Hotel location just a 3mins away from the scenic area. Great facilities & thumbs up for the service provided. The breakfast was very delicious, thanks to Song jiejie & team for their patience in explaining to us about the food when we asked. Appreciate the staff who helped to drive us back and forth from the railway station as well. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I accidentally left my jacket & they delivered it to me via express delivery. Much appreciated and thank you so much!

Probably the best hotel we have stayed in the trip (all were good, but this was really the best) and probably the best in the area. High speed rail connection was superb, and the service is excellent and very thoughtful. Needless to say the rooms... it was zen and serene and modern, just like the whole hotel. If one seeks to stay in a cultural hotel yet prefers to live in modern comfort, this is an excellent choice. This hotel is like a Zen-Tujia-Modern-Semi futuristic hybrid that is offered at Furong old town. Very awesome a place

Great location walking distance to the entrance of Furong town. The hotel is new with Zen design. Comfortable bed and great amenities. The hotel offered free transportation from the train station to hotel. Staffs are attentive and friendly. The quality of service is incredibly good. Fruit basket and minibar provided and light snacks available for free during supper. The food in the Chinese restaurant is superb and prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you ever visit Furong Town. I would definitely recommend this hotel

首先非常感謝自己選擇了這家酒店🥰 1.酒店位置離高鐵站10分鐘車程。距離景區大門150米，隨時溜達着就能進入景區。面對酒店大門，左手邊是一個小型生活超市，除了一般便利店有的東西外，還有生活用品甚至水果蔬菜；右手邊有個老百姓葯店，萬一有需要非常方便。 2.酒店在這個景區的存在有種很意外的感覺。因為周邊還是印象中很湘西的樣子，滿街都是老闆熱情的招呼。但是這家酒店從主題到定位到服務都很不一樣。從預訂酒店開始，就有酒店的工作人員跟我對接，主動了解乘坐高鐵的時間、安排接車送車。可惜我第二天才見到這個姑涼，她跟我大學宿舍的湘西同學長得好像，而且都姓向。非常感謝這幾天小姑涼有求必應的照顧。我們第二天去了矮寨，回到酒店人已經很疲憊，當天景區裏有非遺表演，酒店自己的中餐廳估計是接了團餐，我們正不知所措的時候，餐廳的一位姓藍的小哥接待了我們，給我們留了電話，之後訂餐送餐他都親力親為，讓人非常感動。而且酒店餐食吃的很放心，味道也很可以。 3.兩天半的行程沒有任何可吐槽的，在外面玩的再累回到酒店都覺得很放鬆很舒坦，所有遇見的工作人員，從管家到接送的司機小哥再到自助餐廳的服務阿姐，從語言到表情到態度都讓人很舒服。能看出酒店的管理和培訓都很到位。 4.希望更多人看到這個評論在安萘留下和我一樣的美好回憶，我也會很開心的向身邊的朋友推薦安萘。 5.早餐的米粉和蘿蔔一定要吃！

一家充滿禪意設計的酒店，酒店位置好，走幾分鐘就到古城，遊玩很方便。酒店設施很新，房間大，窗外可看見風景，房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品很舒服，衞浴乾濕分離。工作人員熱情服務，樂於助人，見面都很熱情主動地打招呼。酒店附近有很多餐廳，吃飯方便。值得推薦。

説好的有歡迎會水果和茶水，不催不送；説好的夜宵是銀耳羹牛奶綠豆粥，結果成了餛飩；看評價人人走的時候都有莓茶當伴手禮，我們卻沒有；管家説可以幫忙約去紅石林景區的包車，開出240元的高價，實際哪兒哪兒都是180元就可以搞定，怎麼，管家你還要抽成？早飯品種單一，不好吃。這麼貴服務品質都跟不上，差評！
