The hostel is great, the room is clean, the soundproofing is ok and the food is great.
While the hostel is not at a walkable distance from the scenic spot, they will drive you there and pick you up for a fee.
They can also drive you to the bus station if you wish to visit the red stone forest park or Zuolong Gorge.
The owner and his family are really nice, while they do not speak English, they do not mind using alipay or other translation app to communicate.
They will also pick you up at the train station if you call and ask them to(if you don't speak Chinese, go to the tourist office(you can also buy the ticket to the town there) at the station and they will call them for you).
