The service is amiable; the location is convenient, and the setting and Breakfast were good.

Enjoyed my stay a lot . I will definitely book this place again and again.

Although the hotel was undergoing improvements throughout, our stay, due to unfortunate family circumstances was terrific. The front desk staff, from Soraya (great sense of humor) and Jackeline, to all of the room housekeepers, were all excellent, and all seemed to really enjoy their professional roles (every one of them smiled, acknowledged our presence and wished us a ‘good day’). Our third floor room was spacious, clean, had a nice view east towards Ridge Hill and Stew Leonards, and was surprising quiet, despite the renovations. This hotel has an every other day policy of cleaning the rooms, and the staff performed a very thorough job of refreshing our room. Additionally, they have a wonderful, efficient team running the free morning breakfast area, and kept it well-stocked and moving for the three and half-hour designated timeframe. All-in-all, this northwest corner of Yonkers hotel, was a nice place to call home for our three night stay, during a sorrowful time for our family.
