Reasonable price for onsen hostel with 2 meals. Garden view from room was peaceful. Spacious room though the facilities were a bit old. Breakfast and dinner were included but just average.

Book 錯了普通房，沒有私湯，要$4000 完比較貴，可以有其他更好的酒店選擇。幸好可以book 家庭溫泉，不算人多。包早晚兩餐，食物豐富，分量很多。牛肉火鍋美味。

總體設施比較殘舊，膳食方面一般，今次預訂的是帶人私人風呂的房間，感覺還好，不用到外面的大眾風呂及私人風呂輪候，房間雪櫃亦有免費飲品提供。

정말 친절했습니다. 근데 방에 있는 온천 물이 좀 더럽... 그거 말고는 정말 완벽! 조식, 석식도 너무 맛있었어요♥♥

怎麼形容呢，總之是非常不好的體驗，是攜程把我們訂好了的房子因為內部問題定給別人了，所以説改到這裏，不僅離車站遠，而且衹能入浴30分鐘，早餐還是涼的，簡直是一切都不滿意

온천도 즐기고 시골풍경도 아늑하고 좋았어요. 자전거 타고 주변 둘러보기도 좋았대요. 역에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 시설 이용도 편리합니다. 식사도 깔끔하게 세팅되어져 기분 좋았어요.

今次所訂之房型房內有兩個私人溫泉，一個是室內，而另一個是室外，另外男女外另有一個大浴場及一泊二食，性價比幾好

剛好遇上九州暴雨，由福岡自駕遊來到由布院，來到酒店已經係下午4點多，但天氣卻異常地好！ 酒店有兩個私人露天風呂，一大一小，但不是在客房內，要步行到地下。一次使用時間限制30分鐘內，不用預訂，無人就入得，不過入住人數不多，所以隨時都用到。 今次係一泊兩食，酒店不會送餐到房內，要到地下餐廳用膳，食物質素還可以的。 可惜，酒店沒有吸引我想再次入住的地方，試一次還可以吧。

很差的酒店，很差的體驗。由於飛機延誤到福岡完了兩小時，原本預訂的巴士和jr都沒有了，轉了到由布院的最後一部火車，6:30發車，8:50到由布院站。原本電話給前台讓預留晚餐和接送服務，語言溝通不流暢，一開始説不來接的，後來來了，但小日本一臉怨氣，一路飛車，邊開邊發牢騷, 最後把我們甩到了酒店，其實就是個有温泉證的民宿。有兩個阿三服務員英語居然也不好，勉強溝通留了晚餐。第二天退房聽錯了退房時間，應該是10:00，以為10:30，10:20收到電話意思是在不退房就扣費，態度極其惡劣，5分鐘快速打包後下樓，喝了一杯公共浴室前的免費小飲料，誰料小日本一個箭步收走了飲料，嘴裏繼續罵罵咧咧。要不是訂完了，由布院的湯旅都沒有了，誰會來這家離車站又遠，又受氣的小旅店

酒店坐落於由布院鎮的半山腰上，有埃爾法可以從由布院站接送遊客 酒店的私有浴池和公共浴池都非常好，在這裏泡一個露天風呂足可以洗刷一天的疲憊 住店包含的早晚飯也非常豐盛，很值得

We searched so many Ryokan to stay in Yufuin. Most are a lot more expensive or without dinner. Until we found this ryokan thru Agoda. The room and onsen offerings are alright with view across the paddy field. However we were impressed with the breakfast and dinner offerings which for us felt like 5 star resort service and offerings. We know this as we are a season travellers and only stay at 5 star hotel. Highly recommended!

The private onsen's lock wasn't secured that someone could broke inside!! We came here as a couple with my husband. There were 2 private onsens that you have to queue. If shoes are in front of onsen, then someone is using. Each round can use onsen for 30 mins. We waited outside until a group came out. Then, we entered. I locked the door, however the lock was only a thin hook. After only 5 mins bathing, someone knocked the door, so we told them that we just entered. Then, in an instance, a guy (hotel guest) broke the lock and poked his head inside. I was freezing shocked, same as my husband. We did not enjoy time anymore, so we got up from onsen. Then, manager came to talk to us with a guy that broke the lock. He said he misunderstand that his friends are still inside. However, we weren't impressed by manager's action. She told us "This guest had been waiting for 5-10 mins outside onsen just to say sorry to you, then what can I do for you if you are not ok" Her voice didn't sound humble, but kind of starting to get annoyed. Obviously, this guest shouldn't break inside if someone is using onsen. But, hotel should also provide a lock that is stronger than this for private onsen!! Weak security made us feel down for the rest of the trip. I don't recommend to take private onsen bath if the lock is still as weak as this. Maybe it's better to stay in other onsen hotel to avoid from your trip is ruined by accident.
