The staff are really friendly and super attentive - helping with ideas for hiking, booking activities like rafting and recommending local restaurants. The hotel itself is immaculate and the furnishings and little touches all add to the alpine setting. The hearty breakfast served each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

The check-in process was swift and efficient. The hotel's location was ideal, nestled amidst the stunning natural beauty of Monte*****. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush landscapes added a touch of tranquility to our stay. Rooms are small and without a/c. However, rooms were very clean and quite comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant.
