Hotel berhampiran Johann Franck Caffe and Nightclub, Zagreb

As soon as we arrived the hotel. We were greeted by a friendly staff . We arrived early and they could manage to early check in for us . We need to wait for around half hour to have a room ready. We got a offer for coffee while we were waiting. From checked in to checked out , we had all friendly and professional staffs to help us . They recommended a few wonderful restaurants that the foods were delicious . Room is big and very good lighting . Room is clean and good house keeping . My husband had a few visits to a the bar and cigar lounge , he said was good . I had a massage with a Thai lady and enjoyed so much .

Hemos estado alojados cuatro días en este hotel un grupo de amigos ocupando 6 habitaciones (2 triples y 4 dobles). Las habitaciones, bastante nuevas, triples (que son las que salen en las fotos) son bastante amplias, en cambio las dobles son muy PEQUEÑAS (y no se corresponden con las fotos), pero tienen todo lo necesario para dormir confortablemente. Los desayunos variados, pudiendo elegir ente un continental (bollería, fruta, queso, yogurt) o huevos, bacon salchichas, etc. y están reponiendo constantemente. Aunque no está situado en el mismo centro de Zagreb, se llega dando un agradable paseo de unos 10 minutos. El personal, muy profesional y atento, nos ayudó amablemente a buscar unos servicios lanzadera que nos acercara al aeropuerto.

The hotel room was nice and clean on first sight but when you look closer you find a lot of things being very wrong. I had two windows in my room. One wasnt opening at all, the oder didnt close properly. Tilting it was not possible because no matter how you turned the handle it was always in the open position which also meant you could not block the outside noise from the restaurant below out. But since the AC wasn't working (no matter the setting, it was heating) sleeping with the window closed was not possible anyway. So you have a choice between a completely overheated room or loud noise and smell from the restaurant until midnight. The bathroom was mostly clean but everything is half broken and the toilet is placed so close to the wall that sitting straight on it is impossible, despite there being more than enough room for better placement. Neither the sink, the bathtub nor the bidet had plugs in them and the pipes below looked very dirty. The shower hose had black stains that looked like mold all over it. It was not pleasant to use that shower. There is only a single socket near the bed so you have a choice between using the bedside lamp or charging your phone. The service was ok most of the time but the person who did my checkout was extremely rude just because I didnt understand the croatian text on the payment terminal which caused the first payment to fail and they had to do it again.

This hotel is amazing, I’m a diamond member and this was the nicest Garden Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom design could be a little better, you had to close the door to use the sink. The people at the front desk were so helpful. They helped us figure out how to get to old town, we walked. Instead of walking along a busy street they told us to walk by their green belt instead, it was only 5 minutes longer. They also arranged for a breakfast box for us on the day we checked out. Most hotels would give you a piece of fruit, fruit bar and water. The Garden Inn gave us a menu to choose from with sandwiches (both with meat and veggie), option of fruit, yogurt and something to drink. The standard buffet breakfast was very nice. Good selections and good quality items. There was parking in the back of the hotel, but there was also underground parking. It cost 15E a day. There were a number of restaurants in the area and a market across the street. Highly recommend. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and it was an easy drive.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado .Cerca del centro de la ciudad (veinte minutos andando y en linea recta) por lo que no tiene perdida La habitacion en la que me hospede ,era limpia, igua lde limpio el cuarto de baño ,silenciosa , y buenas vistas al exterior.El desayuno muy bueno.Al igual que la cena (que en mi caso fue bufet libre)

This is a wonderful family owned hotel that we would absolutely stay at again (I believe it has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years). We stayed in the Elizabeta Room. Our room was spacious and clean. The room had a historic feel with the decor, but it was still modern and comfortable. There was a nice sitting area in the room with chairs, a couch, desk and coffee table. The bathroom was also spacious with a nice deep soaking tub. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and we had no difficulties communicating in English with them. Breakfast had a variety of options to fill us up to start the day. The hotel itself is beautiful with historic pictures and items throughout all of the common areas. Their family owned restaurant is right across the street which was delicious and convenient. One night we went to the front desk and asked if it was okay for us to get our dinner for carry-out. The man at the front desk gave us a menu, asked what we wanted, and then delivered the food to our room when it was ready which was a nice surprise. We had expected to go over and order for ourselves and carry it back ourselves so the extra customer service was really nice. Note that it's not in the historic center of Zagreb so you'll need to drive if that's where you'll be heading each day. We had a car so this wasn't a problem for us. It was only about a 5 minute drive. They had a parking lot for guests which was nice and convenient. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, we were not sure what to expect considering the relatively low price of the hotel. When we arrived, we were impressed from the first moment. We left the car in the free parking lot, checked in quickly and went to the enormous room with a bathroom the size of my childhood bedroom! The hotel is not located in the center of the city but the tram is right outside so getting to the center is easy. However, we were really just there to sleep during a stop on a long drive. To that end, the hotel was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home (according to my smart watch). The shower had great pressure and although we didn't use it, the room had a jet tub. I noticed a few reviews with complaints about the breakfast. I don't know if they were at the same hotel. This was a super upscale breakfast that was so good, it shocked us. The hot and cold options were excellent. The variety was really impressive. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were actually sad to leave but we had to get on the road. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Zagreb

I highly recommend this hotel, amazing modern interior, one of the most exquisite breakfasts I've had. The bathroom had amazing body cosmetics.Good location - close to the highway, so you can quickly get out of the city.The center is 5-6 km away. They have a large underground parking.You won't regret staying here!!!

For me stay at Stella feels like home, since I've stayed there several times. Clean, comfortable, quiet area at night (I've slept so well each time), great breakfast and excellent and kind staff. Doesn't bother me distance from city centre because you can get there quickly by bus( ticket is realy cheap and bus station is one minute walk distance). If you get hungry during the day, you can walk to Cepelin Streetfood & Bar which is 300m from the hotel. ..highly recommand👍Also, you can order in some food like pizza, sandwich or salad, just ask receptionist. Looking forward on coming back soon🥰
