We utilized this hotel after we flew into Zagreb, preparing to drive into Bosnia the next day. It was only a 15 min drive from the airport. There was plenty of parking (free). The hotel exterior was nice and well maintained. Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. The room was spacious by European standards and bathroom was nice. Good water pressure and plenty hot. Breakfast was fantastic - lots of options for food and drink. Cafe on site for coffee and ice cream, too. Only negative would be that there was a wedding the night we stayed, which went until 5 am (perhaps typical for a Croatian wedding!), and could still hear the base of the music two floors up. Not a problem for us, as we sleep with a white noise machine, but something to ask before the stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel!

Hôtel très sympa, spa, banc de muscu... Dommage que le tapis de course ne fonctionne en sachant qu'il connaissait le problème. Petit déjeuner copieux, restaurant un peu long au service mais très bon. Dommage que le bar soit fumeur. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Wir haben verschiedene Unterkünfte in Zagreb ausprobiert, aber das neueröffnete art‘otel Zagreb hat uns am besten gefallen. Es hat eine tolle, umhüllende Atmosphäre, auch dank der Freundlichkeit, Kompetenz und Präsens des Personals. Ein gelungenes Gestaltungskonzept - eine raffinierte Mischung von Design und Kunst -durchzieht konsequent das gesamte Hotel. Auch die Zimmer und Badezimmer (!). Einfach Super! Das reiche und frische Frühstücksbuffet, ergänzt durch ein Extramenü, ist toll angerichtet und wirklich sehr lecker. Zur Entspannung gibt es einen Spabereich mit Sauna und Pool ( den wir mehrmals genutzt haben ) und die Bar. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. In Kürze gibt es auch ein vielversprechendes Restaurant und eine Rooftop-Bar mit Blick auf Zagreb. Wie freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

We stayed here the night before our flight home. The staff member was very friendly and we had good communication with the hotel on the lead up to our stay. Parking is free. The hotel itself felt like a hostel, very soul-less and super basic. Uncomfortable, creaky beds with scratchy bedding. Tiled floor throughout, whitewashed walls and cheap basic furnishings. The shower was just a plastic shower tray with a curtain suspended above it so water went all over the bathroom floor and wasn't draining away quickly enough. I'm a believer in ”You get what you pay for” but for those familiar with brands such as travelodge and Premier Inn, this was not as good for a similar price.

Good location close to the main square and large shady park. It's a very busy street but this room was on the back side and quiet, they may not even have any rooms on the street side. This was a private room with a double bed and shared bath. Shared bath was small where the sink is but shower is roomy. Always was clean, and shared by only a couple of rooms. Didn't see the dorm rooms. There are also private rooms with private bath offered. At the time of this visit an organized breakfast wasn't offered but cold cereal and fruit was available 24/7 in the common kitchen, and instant coffee 24/7. The espresso machine required a staff member to operate and the desk isn't staffed except during the day generally. There's a sitting area with couch and chair and a dining area with tables and chairs. There was no air conditioner in this room and it was unusually hot in Zagreb during the stay. At night with the windows open it was comfortable, but very warm otherwise in the room during the day. Very nice owners.

위치는 좋았습니다. 호텔 문 앞까지 차량이 들어갈 수는 없었지만, 아주 근처에서 내릴 수 있어서 짐을 옮기는데 어렵지는 않았습니다. early check-in이 당연하게 가능했고, 기본 옵션인 호텔 조식이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다만 신관이 아닌 건물을 배정받았는데(레스토랑 건물), 낡은 느낌이 있었고, 냉장고에 미니바가 매우 많았지만 냉장고가 작동하지 않았습니다.

Honestly, we were not sure what to expect considering the relatively low price of the hotel. When we arrived, we were impressed from the first moment. We left the car in the free parking lot, checked in quickly and went to the enormous room with a bathroom the size of my childhood bedroom! The hotel is not located in the center of the city but the tram is right outside so getting to the center is easy. However, we were really just there to sleep during a stop on a long drive. To that end, the hotel was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home (according to my smart watch). The shower had great pressure and although we didn't use it, the room had a jet tub. I noticed a few reviews with complaints about the breakfast. I don't know if they were at the same hotel. This was a super upscale breakfast that was so good, it shocked us. The hot and cold options were excellent. The variety was really impressive. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were actually sad to leave but we had to get on the road. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Zagreb

Good for an overnight stay. It's about 2 - 3 km walk from the airport.
