Great location, nice room and breakfast! The lady at the breakfast was really rude and mean though. No customer service at all! The gym situation was so weird. It was made for 1 person only! And by appointment, so I arrived at 10am and they told me all appointments are booked till 6pm, when I asked how is this possible they told me if you want to exercise you should have stayed home!!! What kind of answer is this to a customer? I want to exercise at any time WHY should any person even say this, I was shocked. Besides this it was good. Very tiny pool not like pics.

在扎島鎮中心，距汽車總站步行可達，但是晚上天黑不太好走，土山路沒路燈有點嚇人。 老酒店了，隔音設施都有點差強人意，早餐還可以。但是淡水洗澡水都是鹹的，不太敢飲用。

其他都挺好的，就是wifi真的太慢了………第一次碰到網絡這麼慢的地方，去附近的中餐館蹭網特別快

酒店位於扎金索斯鎮廣場，站在陽台可俯瞰小鎮廣場，酒店設施較陳舊，入住次日早晨因故障停水無法洗漱，但服務不錯。

Firstly I have to say the staff are all lovely, in particular Zoe the chambermaid and Sofia on reception. The hotel itself is a bit dated, however the bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. I liked my small Juliette balcony, there was just enough room for me to sit there and read my book. For me the downside was the square it is located on because of the noise that went on well into the early hours, with the deep base that disturbed my sleep. I was kindly offered a change of room but declined. The only bar was on the rooftop that closed at 7pm which was a shame as I enjoyed the views over the rooftops to the sea. Despite the artistic license of the pool photography it really is tiny and I never went in it. In the reception area there is no atmosphere, no where to meet up or grab a coffee which is a real shame. Top tip - there is an excellent bakery just around the corner and some beautiful churches to explore in the vicinity.

Stayed at this lovely little hotel recently and enjoyed it very much. The location is quite literally on the edge of the main town shopping area and a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Quads and Scooters for hire are also a few minutes from the hotel. The small beach is around a 10 minute walk. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has a good variety and is run by a lady who is meticulously involved with the layout and cleanliness. There is a very small rooftop pool with great views along with a nice little rooftop bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

Lovely Hotel and Staff, would definitely stay again. Loved Zante Town and the Hotel location is second to none. 5 minutes walk to the Stony Beach and Bar but also on St Marcos Square with lots of Retaurants and Bars nearby. Ian Roberts the Concierge for the hotel is very knowledgeable and arranged a Small Group Turtle Tour for us. Cost of €50 each but well worth it. There were 6 of us in a small boat with a guide who was lovely. Picked us up from the hotel, had 3 hours on the boat and in the Sea. Visited the Turtle Sanctuary, saw loads of Turtles and a Sea Lion. I would love to go again and would difinitely book with them again.

The somewhat dated decor of the hotel is more than compensated by its perfect position on the side of Agios Markos Square, and by the incredible staff, especially Sofia and Eirini who went out of their way to help. Also the efficient cleaners and restaurant staff.

So, the positives, location, right in the centre of everything. The staff are helpful and friendly. Shout out to Sophia and Ian, but also our lovely waitress and pool bar staff. Great bed and shower. The air conditioning is the best, and in the middle of a heatwave, that’s important. Breakfast is local, fresh and plentiful. All you need. Some might say the hotel is a bit dated. I prefer vintage. We had the Comfort Room, with the cutest balcony and local neighbour who we met up with every evening and said “hello! How are you?” On our perspective balconies. That was the extent of her English and our Greek. The wi-fi in the room was a bit iffy but great everywhere else in the hotel. We found two amazing local eateries and ate there all the time! We went to a recommended taverna in town but our waiter was much more interested in the larger parties in the restaurant (Sathmos)and not two old foggies with a smaller appetite and didn’t want a starter or pudding we voted with our feet and didn’t go back. Their loss. Best to stick to the small places off the beaten track. The best food, prices and service (Dell Arte pizza restaurant just off the main square) We did the all day trip to Keffolonia. Long day but Keffolomia is beautiful. The ferry ride there and back is too long. We also did the wine tour with the aforementioned Ian. Great fun. The negatives? There is a bit of a ‘sewage smell’ in the bathroom. Sounds bad but you get use to it! The lovely Sophia allowed us to have a sneaky peel at the upgraded room because we would love to come back and the upgrade room is a bit bigger. We loved it! .
