餐廳質素很好，住的房間也可望到馬特洪峰，超棒！check out 後更有免付費shuttle 載我們㕿行李到火車站，大推。

haha夏天很重要，終於吾洗開窗有蟲入房
房間很大，雖然住1/F，個露台一出都見到Matterhorn個頂😛
酒店有免費shuttle bus接送車站，記得email酒店，otherwise上斜落斜就算8分鐘路都累死
房內有咖啡機和雪櫃，一開始入邊的飲品都係免費，不過第二次供應的飲品就要收錢la，冷氣時電視入邊獨立控制，same as all light on/off，都幾方便
早餐好少野食揀，側邊有兩間餐廳，我book了(-1樓)底個間食羊，not so yum yum tho
唔知點解夜晚d木頭(全間房都是木造)有聲，我就還好，我未婚夫(heehee我就係Zermatt被求婚!!!💍)好易醒過來

非常有特色的酒店，木屋裝飾很温馨，早餐不錯，在陽台上可以看雪山。酒店有去火車站的送電瓶車，可以把人和行李拉去酒店，提前聯繫預約即可。下次來采爾馬特還值得入住。

Might be the best all around hotel experience we have ever had. The decor, the environment, and the people. The people were outstanding, with special mention of Manuela for helping us every day of our stay and just being delightful. Alisa on our check in day was excellent. She kept in touch with us during our longer than expected train journey, arranged shuttle pick up as we arrived, and was wonderful during check in. My wife and I plus our two adult daughters shared the family room. Highly recommend!! What a fantastic room. So many bells and whistles. It’s worth the advertised price. From all of my research I believe this is one of the few hotels that has air conditioning. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and had many options. Also, I was expecting sticker shock eating in the hotel restaurant Julen but it was reasonable and the salad bar was a very welcome option after spending many days in Paris. Highly recommend!

Hotel overall is magnificent. Reason for low review: my husband and I booked the private Spa and View Apartment with a jacuzzi and spa. What we did not know is that children use the trampoline right beside our jacuzzi and spa. They ran through our “private” area to find a missing soccer ball and their dog. Very nice children, but not what we expected for the price of a “private” suite. Breakfast is amazing, staff are wonderful! I would not recommend paying this price for privacy when that is not accurate in the description of this suite.

In early May 2024, I spent 4 nights at Tradition Julen Zermatt, and I had an excellent experience! The accommodations were first rate with obvious care given to their guests' comfort and enjoyment. The staff at the front desk was more than helpful, and took the time to make sure each question was answered and every possible concern addressed. Additionally, the meals and service in the restaurant were outstanding. All staff members were personable and professional, especially Marco and Antonio whose attentiveness and humor added so much to my dining experience. Michelle (sp?) at the bar was a more than able conversationalist while serving me the best martinis in Zermatt. I'm sorry I don't have the names of numerous other staff members who added greatly to my stay. They all deserve a shout-out for their effort and attitude. I know where I will stay the next time I'm in Zermatt.

Delightful place to stay in Zermatt within walking distance of everything. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgable and helpful in planning you day. The restaurant in the hotel is perfect, with a great salad buffet, perfect for lunch and a full breakfast buffet to get your day going.

Had a fabulous time. The staff were wonderful. The service was impeccable and food delicious! It was hard to leave. We also went to the spa and had the most amazing treatments. The chocolate body wrap was out of the world and such a delightful treat. Thank you so much!
