Ulasan Hotel Alpina

The hotel is located off the main street within 10 minutes walk from the train station. The size of a double room is appropriate and there is even a small balcony. It will be relaxing to sit there in the warm weather but it's snowing all the time during our stay at Zermatt. There is an elevator to all floors but need to walk up or down 7 steps to your room.

Nice hotel to stay in Zermatt, near station reach by walk and they have lift if you have big luggage its fine

I was there for just one night but absolutely loved my stay. I was a bit skeptical at first as it was a shared bathroom but it was always squeaky clean. The location is a winner. I could see the Matterhorn from my balcony. The station is just a short walk away. The rooms are super cosy and comfortable.

In the description they said they had dryers for guests, but in the room you couldn’t find it, you have to borrow the ONLY ONE dryer from the reception so whether you can get it or not, it totally depends on how lucky you are. In the room, you can see two heaters but they don’t work. The worker said these were controlled by them so basically you just can’t use them and when can you use them? Again It depends on how lucky you are. No Kettle or coffee machine for making coffee or tea, they gave you a Wi-Fi password for other hotels’ Wi-Fi, which is really hard to be connected. One more thing, you only have one or two bars for your cell phone signal, in case someone wants to find you, you need to tell them that you cannot be reached that easily during your stay here. If you want to waste some money, come here and enjoy your stay if you want to enjoy yourself and save some money stay away as soon as possible.

Good Location and the breakfast is great.

Perfect location & easy to commute around Zermatt. 7 mins walk to Zermatt train station. The lift is very small can only fit 1 person with 2 luggages. The bed is very comfortable.

Alpina provides great breakfast and the room is clean and all the staff are very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

It was a very cosy hotel with cottage vibe, very fitting for a mountain getaway. Breakfast was nice, however you are required to walk over to the next building for it. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Location is ok, quiet room

Poor hotel. Only choose if you have no other options. There isn't any elevator, the room was not cleaned and the floors were dirty. No reception at the hotel, and hence no security on who can enter the property. The wardrobe inside the room was of poor quality and looked like it was about to fall apart and stuff from the room above was falling on to the balcony.

Clean, cozy , breakfast is wonderful. In front of the yards it’s where I place the snow. Wondering Hotel and I will certainly back again .
