I had a great stay. From early morning checking in, delivering my special pillow, to handling room cleaning. The staff was friendly and timely. The concierge staff (Alan, Mr. Li and Mr. Wang) tag teamed to book transportation for me. Great location for walking around and visiting Beijing tourist attractions. Reasonable price for good service. Highly recommend it.

Great location, very good services and nice amenities. I would come back again. The only minus point is very bad wifi connection. I had to use my phone internet for the whole period of the stay.

The hotel has a good location, but the services are not so good as their high price level. More than this we got 3 rooms for 3 nights, they gave us the rooms on the back side with an awfull terrible view...garbidge, noise...- I shared some photos. For a 5* hotel with that price...I am sorry. For sure I will choose another hotel in Beijing next time

- Cleanliness: spotless - Location: close to a train station, but not too close to local restaurants and food options - Service: superb and professional - Amenities: did not check out hotel-wide amenities but the room we booked did not have a dressing table+mirror as per images and the air conditioner in our room did not operate correctly. These were not a big let-down but moreso an FYI. Thanks, Jun

Superb location, right beside the metro. Room is huge and clean too! Hotel service staff are really helpful and friendly as well. Our domestic flight got cancelled and had to stay an additional night, the staff helped us contact the airline as we do not have a China phone number. Appreciate it. Will definitely recommend Empark Hotel to anyone coming to Beijing!

Amazing hotel. I wish it was a bit further south but it’s still at an amazing location. We asked for a late checkout of 4 pm and the staff were so kind and helpful and accepted our request.

Live up to its 5 star rating! Good location, just outside the buzzing CBD area of Beijing. Walkable distance to Wangfujing street(full of shopping). The staffs at the hotel really very helpful and kind. Serve the guests with a passion. The room is very spacious and clean. Keep it up and highly recommend!

The hotel is walking distance to Wangfujing. Hotel is lavish and luxury and it is a luxury pamper to oneself. I like the idea that the shower, toilet and the washing area are all separated. I went in November 2024 and hence the hotel has switched off the aircon facility in the hotel room and turn on the heater instead. Have to ask for a cooler fan if not it is too warm and humid. Other than that, everything is fine.
