The lack of a mattress severely impacted your sleep quality, a serious oversight in our room facilities and management. We will immediately replace the mattress in that room with a brand new, high-quality one and conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of all beds to ensure that every bed meets our high standards, providing you with a comfortable sleep experience.
