Ulasan Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi

Sukar untuk tidak menyukai tempat ini kerana pemandangannya banyak. Beberapa kemudahan agak ketinggalan zaman. Kami mempunyai beberapa nasib malang dengan tab jakuzi kami tidak berfungsi dengan baik tetapi selepas kami mendapat kakitangan untuk memahami apa yang salah mereka datang dan membetulkannya. Mereka sangat akomodatif dan mereka benar-benar melakukan yang terbaik untuk menjadikan penginapan anda sebaik mungkin. Bayar wang tambahan untuk sarapan pagi. Ia sangat berbaloi. Begitu banyak pilihan dan dibuat dengan berhati-hati. Satu kelemahan yang besar ialah anda perlu mendaki jejak monyet atau menaiki bot untuk sampai ke Ao Nang. Dan harga makanan hotel agak tinggi. Kami tidak kisah diri kami sendiri, tetapi jika anda mengalami kesukaran menaiki tangga mungkin menyusahkan. Pada waktu malam bot ekor panjang dari Pantai Ao Nang meminta sejumlah wang yang tidak masuk akal untuk menghantar anda ke hotel. Jika dilihat pada pandangan positif; anda mendapat pemandangan yang menakjubkan setiap kali anda melihat ke luar tingkap anda. Katilnya selesa. Makanannya (kalau tak kisah kosnya) sedap. Kakitangannya sangat baik. Kolamnya hebat. Adakah saya menyebut betapa menakjubkan pemandangan itu? Ia benar-benar tempat yang tenang dan kami sangat menikmati masa kami di sana. Jadi, tiada 5* tetapi itu hanya kerana saya fikir perhatian terhadap perincian boleh menjadi lebih baik untuk julat harga.

Resort ini terletak sangat dekat dengan Ao Nang, tetapi pada masa yang sama ia sepenuhnya dengan sendirinya. Lokasi sebenar yang sempurna. Pergi dan balik dengan bot dan denai Monyet menjadikan tempat yang sangat istimewa. Restoran, makanan dan sarapan pagi sangat mengagumkan. Suka monyet yang akan datang terus ke dek kami. Dengan mudah akan kembali ke sini lagi dengan keluarga saya

Ini adalah dari sudut pandangan pengembara Amerika Syarikat. Resort terpencil yang indah bersarang di taman Negara. Fikirkan ia seperti Pulau Fantasi 80-an dan atau HBO the White Lotus tanpa kemudahan perkhidmatan 5 bintang. Anda telah dibawa pergi dengan bot Centara ke resort mereka dari jeti. Jangan fikirkan bot Wynn Boston mewah percuma yang membawa anda ke pelabuhan Boston atau hotel Wynn!! Ini hanyalah bot biasa biasa anda. Anda telah disambut di dok dan daftar masuk individu. Kami menginap di bilik pemandangan laut/laut dengan jakuzi luaran. Bilik ini sangat bertarikh dan sangat kecewa untuk resort 5 bintang. Malangnya ia agak lapuk. Tuala mandi ada tali yang tergantung kerana sudah usang, sangat lusuh. Ia mengambil masa selama-lamanya untuk perkhidmatan bilik seperti baldi ais, dan pengemasan untuk tuala segar. Nampaknya mereka tidak mempunyai tuala yang mencukupi untuk tetamu dan anda berasa hangat segar daripada pengering tuala usang. Saya membuka pintu yang mendedahkan ruang merangkak, dan MENEMUI seekor biawak gergasi!!! Itu kira-kira 7 inci, dan tutup pintu itu untuk tidak membukanya lagi sepanjang penginapan kami. Kami mengambil 2 panggilan telefon ke pengemas rumah dan 2 panggilan telefon ke perkhidmatan bilik untuk mendapatkan apa yang kami mahukan. Keramahan Thai ada di sana. Mereka sangat sangat manis dan sopan. Ini adalah tanah senyuman. Mereka sangat baik sebagai tuan rumah. Sungguh malang bahawa resort ini tidak memenuhi apa yang kami jangkakan daripada resort 5 bintang di Hawaii, katakan. Saya telah tinggal di resort 2010 di Hawaii dan disimpan dan diselenggara dengan sangat baik. Centara Grand Resort bukanlah salah satu daripada mereka. Ada pepatah, lokasi, lokasi dan lokasi. Centara Grand Resort ini adalah itu!!!Saya tidak boleh mempertikaikan itu. Pantai persendirian sangat bagus, dan pemandangannya adalah untuk mati untuk. The worst 5 star hotel I had. The hotels were not truthful in their descriptions, photos, access and conditions of the hotels. Very misleading In short, only pricing like 5star but delivery is 2 or 3 star. 1)Hotel is not accessible by car, only 1 boat servicing 192 rooms (assuming couples then ard 380 people). The boat capacity was 19, max 25-27. Not avail every hour. You .will feel trapped as you are advised to book the boat at least 3hrs in advance. The other access is monkey hike trails 2) the pier is controlled by local ***** so Grab can't come in and pick you up. Grab costs thb 80-100, but you must walk outside for 400m or so. an issue if you bring luggage or during rainy days. Tuktuk only is avail at thb 400. 3) hotel pics shows large covered balcony with daybed and extra leg room after that. If you get top floor, the ceiling cover is only 30% of the day bed length so the balcony isn't fully covered. On rainy days like now, impossible to use the balcony without getting wet. Second floor is covered but much smaller than the picture advertised. 4) hotel staff English is very limited. I asked for mosquite repellent and the answer was I need to ask my manager but no response for 2 days. 5) food is a rip off and taste really poor even for simple food 6) asset isn't well maintained eg yellowish stain in multiple spots in the swimming pools, yellow water color in front of breakfast room 7) if you need to sleep in a completely dark room, forget it. They have wooden slaps style of curtain that is very heavy and difficult to lock. Lights will come in. 8) staff service other than the technicians are very poor..not a hotel for relaxing.

I must wating for one hour to check in.. the ladys receptionist rude and give me bad service.. balcony of my room full of monkey waste. so smelly.. i dont want come again..

Ambient is good with loving people and outstanding service from top to bottom level !

Hotel staffs are very friendly and speak good english. Hotel has nice beach , variety choices of foods for breakfast. Thai foods for dinner is very delicious too. Furthermore, hotel SPA is very good too.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life.. staff is very rude .. I am wondering how trip.com is giving good ratings. Look like all good rating is paid rating. They don’t deserve any positive feedback.

Beautiful location but the hotel is very old and dirty. It’s absolutely overpriced.

Very very disappointed with conditions of room. Very pool and old really not really to use. It could be better but spent two days there . Had problems both days! But view was amazing! Won’t go back again spent too much money but got very cheap facilities room condition!

Our stay here was good and we enjoyed the location, a lot. There were some hiccups at the very start of our holidays with regards to luggage arriving at the resort (hours after we arrived meaning we couldn’t get changed for dinner) and issues with the door in our room. However, we were upgraded rooms and the team were extremely attentive.

The worst staff ever seen in my life. Racism is on the top of it. Staff don’t know how to talk to customers. For check you have to wait and for check out they force you to leave anyhow by 11:00am. You can’t get your babies Bottels washed as they don’t have sterile services and not even they wash it with hot water and on the top of it their staff have the guts to say “ you should bring your sterilizer and should have planned before coming”. When I complained about this the manger have no answer for it. If you have white skin then you will get service on time else you will feel that you haven’t paid for the property service. I will also raise those complaints to Thailand consulate that this kind of activity is going on here. If you want milk for baby or you want towels or you want them to clean room or any other kind of service then you should take your servant with you because you are not getting these kind of services in this property. It’s an honest review and I think people should consider before going.

Great location away from the main area. Accessible by boat only. can walk the trail...without luggage. everything comes in by boat each morning (and out)which makes you aware of the waste people make. Green and serene.

The hotel has an incredible location but there are some “details” that need urgent review! One of them is the worn-out flip-flops, completely unacceptable in a 5-star resort! The same goes for paper napkins in all restaurants. Furthermore, the room needs maintenance, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the taps have rust marks, there is mold around the sink and even the toilet has dirt marks. The lavatory room doors are also damaged, as are the blinds, which are impossible to lift. Small details that are not acceptable when we want a top of the range hotel. The entire hotel is aged. With plastic sunbeds where the mattress does not fit perfectly. Roofs with missing pieces. Little things that don't ruin the experience, but would be good to see again. I tried several times to contact reception to understand the costs involved in using the boat and communication was also not easy. Furthermore, when it comes to sustainability, they still use disposable plastic objects, namely straws. However, the staff was helpful and the SPA is incredible!
