Good location, close to Tianmenshan cableway only 3min waklm. The room is clean and big. Breakfast is also good.

Really great service, had a blackout from a local's power trip, called front desk, had a serviceman come within less than 2 minutes. Would recommend!

Staff were really friendly and helpful pre snd post trip. The hotel served our purposes for visiting the TianMen Mountains There are many eateries opposite the hotel and the rooms were really comfortable for our family.

Lobby hard to find at first. Its inside metropole hotel, beside Atour hotel. Theres two tour agencies beside so its very convenient to book tickets for attractions. Corridor of hotel rooms seems like its in an apartment. But inside, rooms are great.

Very near tianmen mountain entrance and convenient. Friendly and super helpful staff, the 2 ladies helped us connect to the WIFI as we do not have China number. They also helped me to dry my laundry as my clothes weren’t dry when I checked out, they offered to help dry it while I store my luggage and came back to dry clothes. They were also super informative and helpful with the attractions. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF THANK YOU!!!!

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was spotless with convenient touch controls for the lights, which I enjoyed. The breakfast was fine, though it leaned more towards Chinese options and could get a bit crowded.

The building is Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel, beside of Atour hotel. Good hotel, nice and clean room. They provide smart toilet, plus poin for foreigner. Really recommended hotel at Zhangjiajie. Walking distance to the gate of Cableway to Tianmen Mountain, many resto nearby.

It was confusing to locate it because it is combined with other hotels too. Staff assistance is really needed, though they were very helpful. Interior was nice and fresh. Many shops and restaurants around.

They were nice to give us an upgrade of the room to have a view but the toilet is not very clean.
