This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I absolutely have to give it a glowing review! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The moment I walked into the room, it felt incredibly clean and tidy. The space was bright and spacious, with a sensible layout. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, and there were no strange odors. Every corner, under the bed, and the bathroom were immaculately clean – the housekeeping was truly top-notch. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just right, allowing me to relax quickly. The soundproofing was also very good; I slept soundly through the night without any disturbances, waking up refreshed. The room facilities were comprehensive, with plenty of hot water and high-quality toiletries. The air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling, and the Wi-Fi was fast, making it convenient for watching TV or using my phone. The service was also wonderfully warm and attentive. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding promptly to any requests and patiently helping to resolve any issues – very thorough and thoughtful. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, with a warm and timeless style, showing attention to detail everywhere. It felt both safe and comfortable to stay here. The value for money is outstanding; the price is affordable, yet the experience is excellent. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and sincerely recommend it to everyone – it’s truly worth staying!

The attractions are really interesting, but there’s a lack of information about where to go and what to do next. There’s very little staff around. The park is clean, and we liked everything except the slide, which can be dangerous on the turns. There are no smooth curves, so you slam into the wall with force and lose your speed.

Had a lovely stay here, the staff was very helpful in explaining all the activities and booking them for us. They even took us to the bus stops and pickup points.

This hotel is super close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, just a few minutes' walk, making it incredibly convenient for going up the mountain. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the decor was simple yet elegant. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even helped us plan our route and recommended local dishes. My experience was top-notch, definitely worth coming back! The view from the scenic room was absolutely stunning! Drawing back the curtains revealed Tianmen Mountain, shrouded in mist like a fairy tale. The cleaning was meticulous, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with plenty of hot water. The location is superb, with many dining options nearby, and there's free parking for those driving, which made traveling with the whole family totally stress-free!

This was a great little hotel in a quiet part of Zhangjiajie. The location was very convenient for the cable car to Tianmen mountain, with plenty of food just around the corner. The location is a little outside of the main city, however we loved the quiet, local feel. Included is the gorgeous view from our window!

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the owner provides excellent service. This is my top choice for a guesthouse when I travel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

It was a nice stay, close to Tianmen mountain. The staff were really friendly as well, they even offered discounts to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon and the Tianmen mountain. Overall a really nice stay

It was an amazing place. The owners took good care of us. Helped us with the booking of the tours and they were always answering very fast with every question we made. I would definetly stay here again. The views from the room were amazing. I could saw the mountains and the cable cars going to the mountains. 5 stars!

The worst thing about this hotel is the bathroom - it's located on the balcony and it's very cold. Now let's clarify: 1) The bad thing is that the shower is at the very beginning and only then there is a toilet - it's inconvenient. You wash in the shower, the water doesn't wash off well, and then you have to sit in the toilet with a wet floor and in the wild cold, because this is a balcony and it doesn't warm up. It's terribly inconvenient. 2) There is not a single hook in the bathroom!!! There is nowhere to hang a towel, soap and shampoo have to be put on the toilet tank or on the floor while taking a shower. This is the worst hotel we've been to in China. And I'm not writing about the disadvantages here, that the hotel is located on the 13th floor of some building and the elevator is very dirty and smells. The only advantage is the friendly hosts who are ready to help at any time, as well as carry out daily cleaning, even if they are not asked for it. Amazing service and support from the hosts, they really make feel like home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; just what you need after a long day hiking through the mountains. The hotel location is unbeatable; walking distance to the Tianmen cableway and bus station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. I strongly suggest you to get your entrance tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain at the hotel, they will give you a great deal including transportation(better than online or at the park counter, cheaper than taking Didi). I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I’m back at Zhangjiajie.
