Bufet sarapan yang disediakan oleh hotel juga sedap. Lebih baik kalau ada lebih banyak variasi. Nah, kalau saya masih berpeluang melancong ke Wulingyuan, saya akan fikirkan hotel ini dengan segera, dan ia juga hotel yang saya sanggup pilih lain kali.

Location is perfect in the middle of alot of sites seeing. We booked river view room its was very nic. the room are clean and big .breakfast is nice .the reception staff are very polite and helpful they helped us to do early check-in and late check-out and also booking tickets to hunglong cave (must see).zhangjiajie national forest Park West gate just cross the river .alot of shopes restaurants. For Muslims there are only one restaurant in the area

Booked as a better deal than the previous hotel, and was very pleased with everything. Is very well located to watch the water and light show as well as the street market in the evening. Near decent restaurants and better to check the city centre. The staff is efficient in communication and help with the ticketing for the cave and canyon. Excellent.

The food was lovely. Location is perfect and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a room with an amazing view with no additional cost. I would highly recommend this hotel- one of the best hotels we’ve been to. Thanks to all the wonderful staff and making our experience in Zhangjajie -the best. The photos are view from our room.

Such an amazing place to stay: right by the river in a quiet street and great view, yet close to everything: forest park east gate entrance (under 15min by walk) the town center is 5min by walk across the bridge, the pagoda with the palace right next door. The staff are very sweet and helpful, they help you with all directions, trek planning and book you all the tickets and escalators you need. The rooms are spacious, there’s a pool, laundry service. The breakfast is diverse enough and delicious, served early for the trekkers.

The location is super convenient for any activities in Wulingyuan! It's about a 15 minute walk to the national forest gate, and right around the corner from the Charming Xiangxi venue. The view from the hotel is nice, and they were very attentive and helpful when planning my activities! The staff at the front desk explained what route I should take each day, and also responded when I had questions during the day or late at night. I had an absolutely incredible stay at Lanting Elegant Restaurant Hotel in Wulingyuan. The hotel itself was modern, beautifully laid out, very clean, and comfortable from the rooms to the lobby to the restaurant. But what truly made this hotel stand out above hundreds of hotels I’ve stayed in was the staff. They were some of the most helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever experienced while traveling. Every day they greeted me with big smiles and were always happy to help with anything I needed. What made them especially amazing was how much they helped plan my entire stay in the Zhangjiajie area. They didn’t just give basic recommendations — they acted like dedicated travel agents. They helped me plan detailed routes for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the Grand Canyon, caves, Tianmen Mountain, and other activities nearby. They knew every viewpoint, bus route, walking path, ticket option, timing, and how much I could realistically fit into each day based on my schedule and ability level. They also helped arrange tickets and communicate with the parks and businesses for me, always clearly explaining the cost with no extra fees. Because of them, I went into every park knowing exactly where to go, what route to take, which viewpoints to see, and how to make the most of my time. It completely removed the stress of planning and made my trip so much better than it would have been on my own. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond every single day and made my experience in Wulingyuan unforgettable. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

They have the best service for the concierge support, offering us the excellent itinerary and arranging everything smoothly. They are also hospitable and friendly. 100/10 💯🫶🫶🫶👏
