Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Zhangzhou

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

Overall is excellent. The staff is very nice and they allow me for late check out as they know my flight is late. The best thing here is a lot of attractions are only surround the hotel. Will come again.😄

酒店位置就在路口很方便，服務非常好，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，前台小姐姐服務好的，房間的床品好舒服，員工態度友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。地理位置也非常便利，附近有很多購物和美食的選擇。強烈推薦這家酒店！禮賓 小戴還介紹了周邊 閩南水鄉逛，剛好遇到錄製節目，很值得觀賞。不錯！

It is one of the oldest hotels in the city, designed for the government executive hospitality, you can see a lot of political propaganda signs and billboards in the hotel garden and inside the buildings. Not a bad experience overall.

漳州薌江酒店給我留下了非常深刻且美好的印象。 從位置來看，酒店位於漳州市中心，交通十分便利，周邊配套設施齊全。無論是購物、餐飲還是休閑娛樂，都能在短距離內找到好去處。 踏入酒店大堂，寬敞明亮的空間和優雅的裝飾讓人頓感舒適。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續高效快捷，讓我在抵達的第一時間就感受到了貼心的服務。 我入住的客房整潔乾淨，佈置温馨典雅。床鋪舒適，保證了良好的睡眠質量。房間內的設施一應俱全，且維護良好，電視、空調、無線網絡等都運行順暢。衞生間乾淨無異味，洗漱用品品質優良。 在餐飲方面，酒店的餐廳提供了豐富多樣的美食選擇。早餐種類豐富，既有當地特色小吃，也有常見的中西式餐點，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。餐廳的服務也很周到，服務員及時清理餐桌，確保用餐環境的整潔。

非常好的一家温泉禪修酒店，來這邊早上起來空氣非常的清新，在園區裏面散散步很舒服，感受到大自然帶來的魅力，隨便拍張圖片都很美，這邊還有免費體驗的小童館、健身房，還有圖書館都很不錯，整個酒店風格簡約單調，看着就很舒服。而且這邊的工作人員都很親切，服務非常不錯👍🏽

Totally bowled over by this place It was a two hour ride from Xiamen and you started realising it was really special when you enter Taxia village. The resort is an integral part of the village and the local villagers were sunning their harvests next to it. From the moment you walked into the resort, you could feel that you will be well taken care of. So much love and dedication was done in building the place, it felt totally seamless with the surrounding traditional houses and yet, the level of luxury is no different from any 5 star hotel. Each nook and cranny were beautiful and I could spend a whole day just looking them We stayed in the double room unit which was located across the stream from the reception with views to die for and so much privacy. Food was hearty and more than enough Don't miss our on their activities Would love to go back again

滿意度比較高吧，如果客服再熱情一點就更好了，買的套票，包括一晚酒店➕泡温泉➕晚餐➕電影➕次日早餐，酒店也沒踩雷，璨圓樓晚上很漂亮，衹不過這邊基本沒有客服，住客也挺少，就有點陰森森的感覺😅可以住在雲頂樓，璨圓樓拍照打卡就行，酒店的温泉區還可以，挺乾淨的，衹是設備設施有點點陳舊，對了，套票還附帶了温泉區的點心，所以覺得這個套票特別值，飯店的飯菜也好吃，早餐也好吃，很滿意，酒店旁邊就是將軍山公園，夜景也不錯，電影院是對外開放的
