Hotel 5 bintang Zhangzhou Daerah Longwen

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Crown Plaza in Zhangzhou is an incredible place to stay .  Resevation manager Cynthia were very helpful and courteous so overall check-in process was so smooth and quick. The room was as promised that 's very large and spacious. especially the bed was very firm . Besides, the restaurant on-site was amazing for breakfast. I am very happy with the stay and will be back again!

設施設備評不上酒店，像賓館…又舊又殘… 剛開始給的房間衣櫃門壞的，電視遙控壞的，寶寶進門時候睡著了，硬被關不了的電視聲吵醒！床鋪破的，兩個洞…反映了以後馬上安排另一間房給我換，後面發現風筒是燒融了的…總之這種設施別説7百多一晚，半價都不值… 本來説可以幫忙送外賣上房還有點好感，誰知道20分鐘都沒人送來，自己下去拿還在外賣桌上放着…沒人送就出聲，別讓人傻傻地等啊… 地理位置也偏，外賣都基本要45分鐘以上，包車司機都説一般本地人接待都不會選擇這裏！早知道訂萬達嘉華，起碼一下樓就有個商場，買啊吃啊都方便點…

Lokasi Diamond Hotel terletak berhampiran dengan Zhangzhou Ancient City yang sibuk dan meriah pada waktu petang. dan berhampiran dengan beberapa restoran di seberang jalan. Kakitangan hotel di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah ramah dan membantu apabila kami memerlukan perkhidmatan teksi semasa daftar keluar dari hotel. Yang mengejutkan kami, sarapan di hotel adalah baik dengan beberapa pilihan makanan tambahan. Bilik tidur adalah selesa walaupun tidak begitu moden.

臨時定了這家酒店的海景房 服務員非常熱情周到 房間面積很大也很乾凈 陽台就能看到大草坪和無敵海景 跟廈門隔海相望 非常適合放風箏 打卡拍照 旁邊就是小鎮吃吃很方便 可惜過年很多店沒有營業 運氣好 吃到了隔壁一家很小資的燒仙草 去福巖植物園也非常方便 就是早餐品質和種類有待提高 總體來説這個價位在春節出遊性價比超高 家庭朋友出遊值得入住的酒店

這次專程挑非週末日子，選擇離碼頭最近的華商酒店，乘坐快艇15分鐘就到，酒店離鏡湖公園很近，小孩喜歡餵養錦鯉，還有黑天鵝！感謝酒店服務人員小趙推薦周邊吃和玩。回廈門很近，比自駕舒服。聽説還有附近温泉，下次再來體驗。

Hotel ini agak lama, dan kemudahannya tidak buruk. Bilik-bilik adalah sedikit hotel lama. Meja, kerusi dan bangku perlu dibersihkan dengan kerap. Bilik-biliknya luas dan terang, dengan pemandangan yang luas, tilam yang selesa, tempat letak kereta yang luas, dan sarapan pagi yang enak.

酒店很高檔，有浴缸，乾淨，安靜，客服態度很好有問必答，很有耐心，有禮貌，古堡價值過億，裏面都是些西班牙空運過來的古董，好聽的千萬音箱，坐着舒服的愛馬仕真皮沙發，觀看總統套房，樓頂可以眺望遠方雙魚島，廈門雙子塔，晚上去白塘灣海邊玩，回來酒店吃着燒烤看露天電影，第二天去普照寺玩，值得玩和住的地方

第一次到這個城市，網上預訂，打了酒店電話，接待員很熱情，到了房間，衞生乾淨，房間傢俱稍陳舊一些，其它都好，早上的早餐好吃，總體來説，交通便捷，服務熱情，值得推薦！

又來漳州出差了 客户推薦我們住這裏 確實不錯，比附近那家好多了 房間很大很寬敞 窗户望出去對面是一個賣不動的小區（笑） 晚上挺安靜的，屬於鬧中取靜了 早飯自助基本滿足需求 房費也就三百多一晚挺便宜的 經濟實惠，下次還來
