The Geer Hotel boasts a superb location, incredibly convenient and right next to the subway station. The front desk service was fantastic; they were warm, proactive, and even upgraded our room type, provided complimentary breakfast, and welcome fruit upon arrival. The bedding was clean and soft, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and we even received a lovely souvenir upon checkout. We were truly impressed by everything and couldn't recommend it enough – a definite five-star experience!

## Facilities Generally very good. The only minor point is that the hotel uses central air conditioning, which often doesn't cool the room as much as individual units, typically maintaining around 22°C, and can sometimes feel a bit stuffy. However, the hotel's maintenance staff responded quickly, and after they cleared it, the room did feel noticeably cooler. ## Hygiene The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. ## Environment The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right at the subway entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. ## Service The service was truly excellent. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. A special mention goes to the complimentary drop-off service to Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station on our last day, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. My only very minor suggestion would be to improve the consistency or quality control of the welcome fruit. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou.

The hotel offers parking, and spots in the backyard are usually easy to find, which is super convenient for those traveling by car. A big bonus is the abundance of street food stalls around in the evenings! The staff were fantastic. When we inquired about laundry, they proactively took our clothes to be washed and even returned them neatly hung. We really appreciated their exceptional service!

There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also very close to the Tianbing Cold Drink Factory store. After we used up the two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, the staff proactively replenished an extra bottle the next day. Excellent service!

There's a fantastic Lanzhou Noodle spot right downstairs, and the food is excellent! The hotel room was on the smaller side and a bit dated, but the service was exceptional. The welcome fruit and thoughtful souvenir were a really nice touch! It's super close to the subway station, and you can even catch a glimpse of the Zhongyuan Tower, which is a definite plus.

Whenever I'm in Zhengzhou for business, Gele Hotel is my top choice. Firstly, its location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation and tons of great restaurants nearby. Secondly, the hotel is always spotless, and the service is incredibly attentive. They always offer welcome fruits upon check-in, and this time, I even received a nice little parting gift at checkout – what a lovely surprise!

I stayed in a business king room, which was wonderfully spacious, approximately 35 square meters, feeling anything but cramped. The bed offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring I had a wonderfully sound sleep. The soundproofing was also exceptionally good. The room's overall design was a minimalist business style, with quality evident in every detail, from the light fixtures to the furniture arrangement, showcasing the hotel's thoughtful attention. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive, including a hot spring and sauna rooms. After a day of sightseeing, a dip in the hot spring melted away all the day's fatigue. For my next trip, I'll definitely be staying here again!
