I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping. The rooms are super spacious and very clean. I will definitely love to stay here again.

The room was very nice but too cold. We asked the hotel to get a blanket and they gave us a mobile heater which worked fine. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety only on Sunday when it was very full, the hotel didn't fill up the empty food even when it was still 45 minutes before the end. The service was very attentive with drinks and the dirty dishes. On the second morning, we left for breakfast with "please don't disturb" on the room but the room service came in and cleaned the room. It's a good service but the staff should respect the guest's decision about entering the room.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.
