這家酒店得到我评價满分最重要是重视客人每一個须要,這是我第一次來普陀山,首先說未上船已保持緊密联系,一下船管家小郭就在碼頭接車,又拉行李,係專人接車,小郭帮我预訂普濟寺早課,洒店又送我們去,早餐係單点,一到餐厅已全部安排好. 我訂的望佛海景房十分喜欢,可以望到南海觀音,下次再來,越来越好.

人家説去普陀是會有求必應的，我感覺酒店的客服小哥哥/姐姐就這麼的一個存在！！他們回覆特別的及時，有什麼問題都會積極解決。酒店的佈局特別的好，還有個小庭院，在庭院坐坐聊聊天，格外的舒服。酒店的中餐廳也好好吃，晚餐晚餐我們都會在酒店解決。特別是一進酒店，聞到淡淡的香味，整個人都特別的refresh！還有接送車的小李哥哥，特別的熱情周到，這次在柏沅的入住讓我更加的愛上普陀！

Loyal Golden The Inn Boutique is a by the Zhejiang Jingfu Tiancheng Culture Communication Group to invest in the construction of the set accommodation, catering, conference, fitness, shopping and other functions in one comprehensive theme hotel. The hotel is located in the Mount Putuo Fayu Road No. 61, the mountain and the sea, in the face of sands 1000, adjacent to Fayu temple, covers an area of about 7000 square meters, the whole paper is simple and elegant, with national characteristics. The hotel has 97 rooms (sets), with Chinese and Western restaurants and all kinds of boxes, can accommodate 200 people dining. And with a cafe, teahouse, conference rooms, business center, gym, chess room, boutique shops and other service facilities.

This is a very new and clean hotel, with excellent service. Especially the breakfast buffet was delicious and the crew was very attentive, even delivering a special menu specifically for us!

10月23日要去普陀山禮佛，於是訂了2晚山景房。22日和23日連住2晚。21日上午就接到皇冠假日酒店管家—小樂的電話，告知已幫我們升級了海景房，景色無敵，非常開心，萬分感謝！之後2天，小樂管家一直微信和我們聯繫，告知天氣，以及詢問我們是否有其他需求，服務周到，有求必應，儘量滿足我們提出的需求。22日下榻時，服務生把我們行李一直運送到房間，非常熱情。走廊上的客房服務員，每天早晚見到都客氣微笑地打招呼。23日禮佛後，16:00回到房間，已經幫我們打掃一新，房間整理得乾乾淨淨。晚餐在2樓中餐廳吃飯，紅燒雞酥軟入味。黃魚湯肉質鮮美。所有的菜都特別好吃。早餐品質也超好，品種豐富。餐飲部服務生都熱情洋溢，退房時前台還送了伴手禮——杏仁餅乾、牛奶和水果，內心感到非常温暖。明年去普陀山禮佛時，還會再來舟山皇冠假日酒店。服務質量上乘，景緻秀麗 ，如沐春風。
