Great location, clean facilities, family friendly, exclusive breakfast, friendly and helpful hotel staff, great rooms, and many more. They even upgraded our room as a gesture. Every year, when we come to the Island Crossing Ultra Trail, we plan to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

English Name: Healray Ambiance: Aesthetically Beautiful Service: There is always a shuttle between the arrival dock and the hotel, and a time table going to the boat dock. The bellboy was very accommodating, helping with all of our baggages. There was one people in the check in counter (red uniform) who can not speak and understand English, and quite rude. She told us that we did not have a reservation, but she just didn't understand English and has to ask her superior, and while paying the credit card and she told us to just use cash because their card machine was not working well with one of our credit cards. The hospitality service of the girl was just unexpected, so be prepared for a translator device, so that you could communicate effectively with them. Location: It is very near the Puji temple. Restaurant: We have tried the morning buffet, there were only few selections of food, and the buffet was not worth the 60rmb you will need to pay for. I suggest you to walk at least 10 minutes to find the restaurants and groceries.

初到普陀山，酒店巴士接送至酒店內，巴士工作人員很熱情的接待並且會主動搬運行李。到了酒店內送上一杯暖心咖啡，由工作人員講解普陀山遊玩攻略。必須點贊，這份攻略對初來普陀山的遊客幫助非常大！酒店住宿環境也乾淨衞生，全部控制由語音控制。晚上睡覺周圍環境也十分凝膠！強烈推薦品鑒酒店內晚餐，真的是驚艷到，打破了原本對酒店內餐飲的不看好。臨走還一人贈送一串手串作為紀念品。此篇為自願推薦！我已推薦周圍朋友，下回來還定！！

I'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. Pengangkutan adalah mudah, bersih dan bersih, dan peralatan tempat tidur adalah berkualiti dan selesa. Bilik hotel bersih dan kemas, dan sarapannya mempunyai pelbagai jenis. Ia adalah hotel yang layak untuk penginapan semua orang.

Overall experience was good, clean, spacious, good vegetation Buffett offering during lunch time , the only comment is the wifi service coverage was not good at my room at floor 2.

每年都來拜佛之旅，之前也住過海中洲。今年一看淡季價格這麼便宜，肯定住這裏了。房間很大，衞生非常乾淨。早餐也非常豐富。最值得稱讚的是入住當天是聖誕節，房間還送了兩個蘋果！

酒店很美，但硬件跟不上以及缺失個別服務。 ❤️優點 ✅環境：環境絕對是漂亮的，是很多民國曆史劇的取景地，基本上能吊打島上大部分酒店，尤其是人文環境和氛圍。主樓文昌閣是浙江省的文物保護單元。天熱的時候過來拍照會很有感覺。 ✅服務：酒店的工作人員真的超級nice，態度很好，從前台，保潔阿姨到保安都讓人感覺特別温馨。 💣雷點 ✖️交通問題：酒店算是普陀山上走高端線的酒店了。但是沒有碼頭的接駁車，恰逢當天離酒店最近的普濟寺車站整修封站，我們拖着行李從紫竹林走去酒店。工作人員跟我説走10分鐘就到了，結果實際步行時間可能有30分鐘之久。近期想來的同學務必做好功課，等普濟寺站修完了再選住他家。 ✖️空調不制熱： 入住當天晚上外面温度將近零下3度，屋內的制熱開到最高開了4個小時都沒有絲毫暖下來。不知道夏天空調製冷會不會有同樣問題。一個毛巾都用canasin的酒店結果空調打不暖硬件跟不上也是很頭疼的。不過也算能理解，畢竟是文化保護區，有很多工程上的規定。算是為顏值犧牲了體感，春秋這兩季來應該還不錯的！ ✖️表演節目後的推銷： 酒店晚上會有抄經品香聽國樂演奏的節目，説是節目但實則是帶貨推銷。不確定這個環節是不是外包出去了。 致酒店管理層： 普陀山碧海山莊作為一家集紅色文化、佛學文化、海景文化、民國文化於一體的特色文化主題酒店，本應是一處讓人體驗傳統文化和寧靜氛圍的地方。然而，如果酒店通過抄經等文化體驗活動，得知客人的生辰前三柱，並以此利用對客人進行消費上的PUA和推銷，這種行為是極其不妥的。這種做法不僅違背了國學和佛教的自願和尊重精神，也侵犯了客人的個人私隱和選擇權。 國學和佛教文化應當是基於個人自願和內在需求的學習和實踐，而不是被用作操控和推銷的工具。如果酒店面臨銷售業績的壓力，應該通過提升服務質量、增強客户體驗和創新營銷策略等正當途徑來實現，而不是通過操控和利用客人的信任和信仰。來這裏的客人往往是出於對文化體驗和精神尋求的嚮往，他們並非價格敏感，而是更注重體驗的質量。因此，酒店應該更加註重提供真誠和高質量的服務，讓客人自願為良好的體驗進一步消費，希望你們能在這方面做出改進。
