我們廣州過來一個小時到珠海這裏明珠輕軌站下，酒店地理位置也還好，不算偏，旁邊是會員山姆店印象城，出入打車也很方便。入住感受：房間挺大的，酒店前台還幫免費升級了高級房，房間裝修有點格調，窗户也很大，採光看圖吧！床墊和被子也挺舒服的。如果酒店有增設一個洗衣房那就更完美了。

Excellent staff service, very friendly, accommodating and professional! We’ve encountered problem in the toilet and when we informed the staff they are quick to help us, kudos to the housekeeping staff who helped us fixed our toilet. Before we left, front desk lady made sure we are comfortable and enjoyed our short trip to Zhuhai. Overall I would recommend and definitely will come back to stay again!

Hotel ini mudah dicari dan walaupun hanya 3 tingkat saya tidak berasa tidak selesa. Kerana sekurang-kurangnya ada tingkap. Pintu bilik saya terbuka semasa saya mendaftar masuk. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ini operasi biasa, tetapi saya tidak kisah. Perkhidmatan meja depan sangat mesra. Saya ingin menaiki teksi di luar hotel dan tiba-tiba seorang pengemis menghampiri saya dan meminta wang. Kakitangan meja depan meminta pengemis itu pergi secara langsung. Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada wanita muda itu. Aku tengok pengemis tu lama-lama kat situ, terus lari balik bilik nak tunggu nanti, takut pengemis tu ikut aku minta duit😭😭😭
Pengering besar di tingkat 3 rosak, jadi saya menggunakan pengering yang lebih kecil untuk mengeringkan beberapa pakaian, yang sangat mudah. Saya membeli beberapa minuman pada waktu petang dan tiba-tiba mendapati bahawa tiada peti sejuk haha, tetapi ia tidak menjadi masalah besar. This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around.
But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it.
The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting!
We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was.
We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER.
No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either)
This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

CCharlene21The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China.
We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Suitable for all ages such as parent-child, family, business, etc.
Parent-child fun is more recommended. Non-winter is the next non-winter. The items are more abundant.
Water amusement park, flamingo zoo, parent-child reading are all suitable for children.
There are also commuter buses to the Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park, which is also very convenient.
The hotel butler is very considerate.

ZZhudouThe location is right next to the Hengqin Port. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The railway is on the ground floor of the shop.
The room is very advanced with automatic control curtains. Modern design, comfortable room. Robots deliver meals. The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager John explained how Alipay works in China, and he also drove me to the mobile phone store to help me open a SIM card. This was a great help for a foreigner like me. Thanks again John.

RRick320Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early.
Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother.
The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside.
Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range.
Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

Kkc15I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese!
My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day!
Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

PPengguna TetamuAlways wanted to try this hotel seeing the photos on little red book, and it lived up to my expectations. In addition, they had a personal butler service to make you feel right at home! Estelle was our personal butler and she was attentive to our needs with 2 kids, she offered to send sand play toys (super useful for beach playtime) and children toiletries to our rooms. During the stay she helped with coordinating and was timely in responding to our needs. It was a truly relaxing holiday at Angsana and you can always have peace and enjoy hotel facilities or take a Didi conveniently to attractions close to the hotel.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
