The hotel service is great and very welcoming with the staff 阿鳳. Well considered on customers needs and organised car pickup service. Highly recommend.

Had such a wonderful experience in Palm Spring Hotel. Ms Tse at the front desk was ever helpful and taking care and answering our queries all the time. Hotel provide free shuttle service from Gongbei port to their hotel. Just need to call them or made arrangement with frontdesk. There is a wellness spa massage centre right opposite the hotel which is great for relaxation.

Friendly staff, free shuttles to different ports, free washing machine on our floor, good restaurants at the lobby. Recommend!。I will recommend friends to come over

Greeted by their friendly and polite staff! This is a value for money hotel stay. It offered so many other types of vouchers for their clients to be used in their in house restaurants and SPA facilities! Their in house brew coffee is simply excellent too! Well done to their all the excellent staff ! 🙏🙏🙏

Hotel is clean and they have a seafood restaurant at the lobby. Opposite there is a Spa place which is alright except that the massage is quite expensive over there and will they will ask for tips .

Great hotel great experience . clean, big as it looks on photos, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is good quality . 20 mins walk from train station. There are shuttle pick up from 拱北関閘basement , you can call them when arrive 拱北関閘basement to arrange They also offer free shuttle to different port upon check out. Customer service manager 謝秋風 and her team were very friendly , helpful, big thanks to them to make this a very helpful and pleasant trip for the elders and the kids.

Hotel Managers: Jacky Li 和 謝秋凤 are first rate service managers. They were very helpful and followed up with our enquiries including private travel, hotel shuttle miscommunication, and room cleaning services. We had some complaints with the hotel spa services. They followed up with the hotel spa managers to clarify operational deficiencies on the following day. Nevertheless, the services on the hotel side and restaurant are excellent. Food is excellent!

We travel with 20 family members , all we love this hotel so much. Super cosy and super good service. Especially their staff Ms 谢秋风, thank you for your help and all the services. They also have pick up services. We love this service so much.

This hotel is really getting from bad to worst… Used to be my favourite hotel to stay in zhuhai before covid. Now the bf spread is really so so bad. The aircon is off during the night. The corridor is even cooler than my room. Complain 2 times. But end of day not much improvement. This is not the 1st time we having aircon issue. The wifi totally can’t use in the night. The only plus, is now price cheaper. Transport is much much easier to arrange.
