We travel with 20 family members , all we love this hotel so much. Super cosy and super good service. Especially their staff Ms 谢秋风, thank you for your help and all the services. They also have pick up services. We love this service so much.

It is a great choice for family lodging. Great service and great room. Too bad I overpaid the room, when other booking choices are available. No free breakfast, ***. And the free spa isn't so free, I used and walked away with flattened wallet. Damn, better to stay in the room to enjoy the free dated movies.

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed at Zhuhai Palm Spring Hotel on September 10 and 11, and I wanted to share my experience regarding the service I encountered, particularly in the sauna area. During my visit, I asked the staff to assist me in drying my workout cloths. Unfortunately, their response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. They insisted that I wear my wet clothes, leaving me uncomfortable for the two-hour bus ride back to Hong Kong. This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.

Google gave the wrong direction and we spent more than an hour walking from Gongbei looking for the hotel. Didnt get to enjoy any of the hotel facilities, was told to go to 2nd level at the Spa building for free fruits. However need to change to their robe, wasnt convince to do it. When asking direction from the reception, the staffs were not quite friendly.

Can't call the phone like for hotel pick up from port. The hotel restaurant food is fantastic.

This hotel I have stayed before but many years ago. There're a few changes especially the rooms, restaurant and the restaurants available just outside of the hotel which is very good. The restaurant cater to provide more for locals or Chinese customers. Ther should be more English wordings to direct those who can't read Chinese. But the hotel do provide transport to the borders or train stations whish is very convenient. Will stay again should I come back to Zhuhai.

The staff is nice and helpful. The facilities are good, very enjoyable.

Facility is good. Quite convenience. The room is nice and big. Had a big bath tub, spent a nice night here.
