Excellent hostel with good breakfast and friendly staffs. Lunch is charged extra but it is convenient. Do bring the earplugs because music goes on into the night!

Great hotel! It's more than a backpackers hostel! Great management a wonderful helpful staff Joy and Miriam and Mathew did a great job! Lovely rooms with AC. Good bathrooms. Wonderful quiet garden with pool. Well stocked bar. Safe parking. Self storage kitchen with cooking equipment. Great outdoor Fire pit and BBQ facility. Good breakfast. A small mall opposite with very well stocked supermarket and banks and currency exchange. Wish I could've stayed longer!

너무 즐거웠어요. 되게 엉뚱한데 있는데 막상 들어가면 다른 세계가 펼쳐지더라구요. 평화로워서 잠비아와 너무 잘 어울리는 곳이었다 생각해요

시설이 노후화 되었지만 숙소는 늘 깨끗하게 관리되는 편. 한 가지 흠이라면 객실 내에서는 인터넷이 안 됨.

Opposite the hotel is a supermarket and a number of ATMs. The bus station (for the bus to Lusaka) is a 10-minute walk. Nice breakfast spot in the garden. Very helpful reception.

We had a great stay at Faulty Towers. The establishment is spotless and the beds are super comfortable. It is so well situated right across Shoprite supermarket and close to other shops. All the excursions arranged by Faulty Towers for us were very well organized and went without a hitch. Excellent value for money.

Very clean and safe with a lovely courtyard, bar, and pool. The wood-fired pizza is good and reasonably priced. The staff was always cleaning and straightening, and were very friendly. Merriam was extremely helpful. There are many restaurants nearby and a large grocery store across the street.

I really enjoyed this hostel. The rooms are set around spacious green lawns which gives a roomy spacious feel to the place. The open style kitchen is adjacent to the swimming pool and the nearby indoor bar could feature in an interior design magazine! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Free pancakes are served occasionally. This is a great hostel with a good travellers’ vibe.

I loved and appreciated how close this hotel was to everything we needed, it was fun to walk around and still be within the hotels reach in case of anything. The place itself was so beautiful and green, you would think you're in a whole different place. I loved the nature aspect to it. The service was phenomenal, thank you to Joy, the receptionist, from the minute we got there she was kind and helpful whenever we didn't have something in the room or we generally just needed help. Couple things to note, I would appreciate it if they tried to work on their bee and fly situation. The bees were found at the restaurant area and frankly disturbed me and my friend(I'm allergic). Secondly I hope they can add more to their dinner menu. Breakfast and lunch are sorted, but the dinner part was limited to pizza(which we had to reserve earlier for it to be made. I loved my experience here, it would be my permanent place to stay every time I visit livingstone. And I highly recommend it for group and solo travel.

What a FANTASTIC hotel!! The staff are WONDERFUL (especially Joy/Joyce), the property and all areas are meticulously clean, VERY safe, and the food is delicious! Easy access to most areas and they help with setting up adventures. I'll DEFINITELY stay again!

From the second we booked we received communication from Fawlty Towers outlining the accommodation booked and activities available. It was tremendously helpful to know what to expect and plan. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Timon at the airport and then Miriam and team at reception. The vibe at the poolside bar and restaurant was excellent with unobtrusive but awesome music. Gladys and Sim served us a scrumptious breakfast and mouthwatering pizzas. It is located in town with easy access to all amenities. Don't think twice, you will love this establishment!!!
