Ulasan Yongchun Hotel（Zhuhai Chimelong International Ocean Resort）

Our room was on the sixth floor, offering a decent sea view. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, and the facilities felt relatively new and very clean. Getting in and out was convenient, and there were plenty of seafood stalls and hotpot restaurants nearby. There's also a parking lot available. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and it's quite close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom.

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was also decent. The only downside is that there's no dryer, or if there is one, it's broken and inconveniently located on the balcony. Overall, it's still pretty good, especially considering it's an older hotel.

The room had a strange odor, the bath towels were tattered, and the soundproofing was terrible. Plus, there were so many mosquitoes that my eyes swelled up and I had multiple bites all over my body. When I reported it to the staff, they just said, 'That's how it is this season,' which is ridiculous. Anyone considering staying here should be very cautious. I chose this hotel as a one-night stopover before heading to Chimelong Resort the next day, since I arrived late. What a huge mistake! I didn't get any rest, my eyes were swollen, and it completely ruined my first day of vacation. I stay in countless hotels every year, and this is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced.

Excellent location: The hotel is situated in the new Hengqin Town area, just a 3-minute drive from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Hengqin Port. It's also a mere 2-minute walk to Hengqin Pier and the food street. The surrounding commercial areas, such as Novotown and Central Hub Plaza, are well-established, making for incredibly convenient transportation.

This was an absolutely terrible experience! First off, we were staying for two nights, and I specifically told the front desk during check-in that we had two small children and requested a good room. The front desk staff said all rooms were the same. When we got to our room, we immediately noticed the door was broken; behind it was just glass, and the doorstopper was also broken, so the door would slam right into the glass. Then, as soon as we entered, the terrible smell from the bathroom was unbearable. The hairdryer in the room was also broken. After dropping off our luggage, we went downstairs for dinner and reported these issues to the front desk. They told us they would resolve everything for us! When we returned that night, what was resolved? Only the hairdryer was replaced! And even though the new hairdryer wasn't broken, the airflow was so weak that it took an hour to dry my hair, but I won't even dwell on that. The bathroom still smelled just as bad, nothing was fixed. What was even more frustrating was when we took a shower that night, less than five minutes in, the bathroom flooded!?! The water was up to our ankles!?! Seriously, I was speechless. The next day, I complained to Trip.com, and they assured me the issues would be resolved. But when we came back after our day out, it was the same as before, none of the problems had been fixed!!! The bathroom still stank, and the drain still wouldn't let water through!!!!! This was the worst hotel stay ever!!

It was just okay, but the location is good. It's convenient for dining and getting around.

There were even a few hairs stuck to the toilet, the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, it was stuffy if I didn't turn it on, but I was afraid of catching a cold if I did. There were all sorts of insects in the bathroom, and the duvet and sheets were all damp. Terrible experience.
