Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Zhuhai

Huge hotel connected to the Chimelong Ocean World. Lots to do there. There are busses to take you to the various attractions. Food was good. This is not the place to stay if you don't have children. Water is expensive in the hotel (12rmb per bottle) you can get it cheaper in the park at 8rmb a bottle. They do provide 4 complimentary bottles of water per day for the hotel room. You can get more if you ask.

1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service. 2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer. A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........ 3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests. 4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good. 5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food..... 6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.

I had a comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and could speak English. The amenities are on the property but a little walk away, so this is something to keep in mind. Good water pressure with HOT water. I would recommend you to stay here 👍🏽

Super nice hotel with resort like atmosphere. Check in was a smooth process and they even helped carry my luggages to my room. Room had nice views of the ocean and city. Located in a quiet area of Zhuhai so it was a great place to relax and recover. The best part was it had a full size tub to relax at night. Hotel had automatic curtains so it was super easy to open and close with blackout curtains. Had a great rest and would definitely come back again when I am seeking for relaxation. In terms of restaurants, this hotel has two locations in the same building, one French and one Chinese. The chinese restaurant has dimsum so if you need a nice breakfast, you don’t have to leave the building.

It was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world. The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel. The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles. We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. My family also want to specially thank Ms. Feng Ya Li (丰雅丽) who work at the Front Desk, she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks for making our trip to ZhuHai so pleasant and memorable! Friendly and professional staff is a indication of good management. I can see great success of the hotel. It also offers really good value for the room price. I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient, connecting basement pathways to the border underground mall. Surrounding lots of restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. There is even a Karaoke bar within the building in another tower. I was in a sea view room, although the sea was a bit far, but got a nice wide view. Only drawback is the busy traffic entering and departing from the hotel by car/taxi, but can work around if you fit more time in advance to your schedule. Overall very good experience, and I will return for sure.

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

This hotel is super clean, the services is super good as well. We stayed here for 4 days. Enjoyed the food service , the pool, and room service is amazing. Specially thanks to our floor 16th floor room service staff, very caring and professional job done. Overall was a wonderful stay. Recommend to everyone!
