I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. The staff wasn't that friendly The breakfast spread besides limitations of bread it comes with scrambled egg, tomatoes and 1 more 1 couldn't remember. Not a good choice.

The room is very tidy n well equipped. Location is well accessible n convenient. Staff are friendly n polite. Many tourist points nearby within walking distance.

We had a very pleasant stay at Glockenhof. Right in the city center of Zurich. Great spacious rooms, and perfect breakfast. Very friendly staff!

Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Close to Zurich main train station, 2min walking distance from the main shopping street Bahnhofstrasse, and 10 min to the Zurich lake where you can feed the swans and birds. Staffs are nice and polite, room, bedsheets were clean. Renovation theme is mordenized. The only problem is that the shower room was transparent... so when you are taking shower, you are showing to other family members 😅😅😅, that's not really a good idea unless the hotel is specially designed for couples? Other than that, everything is fine.

A very good stay experience. When I first checked in, I was not amazed, and even wanted to complain about the small bed in the triple room. It was a bit casual, right? But after actually checking in, I found that the mattress was very comfortable, the quilt was also very comfortable, and there was a bed-making service at night. Although the bathroom has a glass door, it was a little awkward when taking a shower, but fortunately it was a family trip, so it was okay. Here comes the point: I had to catch an early train on the day of check-out, so I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. I went to the front desk to ask if I could pack my breakfast? The front desk professionally took out a service sheet, recorded the room number and the number and content of the packed breakfast, and agreed on the time to pick up the meal in the morning! When I went to pick up the meal in the morning, it was already packed, great 👍🏻! The location of the hotel is very convenient, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance, suitable for Zurich Citywalk.

Very good! Very comfortable stay! Breakfast is also OK, and there are welcome gifts, which are two bottles of water

The service was great. We left early in the morning and got croissants packed for us to go out and play. We could also borrow an umbrella. This price is great in the most expensive country in the world.
