Hotel terbaik di Zurich

I was in Zurich for work, and staying at Ibis was convenient for me and my customers. We were near the train station, which made traveling for us very convenient and accessible. I'd stay here again when I return, especially that it's near the old town and the main station.

Location was both good and not good. While very near Zurich HBF and shopping, my room on the third floor was very noisy till late due to the trams intersection right next to the hotel. There are quieter hotels nearby if you are a light sleeper like me.

Stayed at this hotel twice. In between visits they kindly looked after our bags whilst we went to St Moritz. A very charming European hotel with lots of space in the rooms. We stayed in a larger room which had a separate lounge room. Very well priced for Zurich where absolutely everything is expensive. The staff were amazing. Don’t take this comment lightly as they were all truly exceptional. I have never experienced this homely welcome anywhere else. It really makes your stay away from home so much better. Would definitely stay again and promote to others. Well done team at Alden you should be very proud of yourselves. Please never change

The Ambassador is a newly renovated hotel just off the lake in Zurich. Old town and shopping just minutes away. Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!

This place is comfortable and stylish, but also quirky and kind of expensive for what you get. I stayed there a couple of times solo and with the family and liked its historic feel. It's pretty clear that they aren't optimized for families, though -- they made us book two rooms, but then one of rooms was huge and would have been fine for all four of us. The furnishings are simple and stylish, fairly modern, but the floors and ceilings are slanted and at odd angles. Staff was for the most part very helpful and friendly, but as with many things Swiss I wished they had been a bit more flexible about their conditions.

The hotel was recommended by my Swiss Bank but I have never experienced such a diss functional process of booking. I received confirmation followed by an email where I could pay. A day before payment due I tried to pay on email and when I pressed the button told me out of time! As I was arriving a few days later was concerned they had not honoured my booking so endeavoured to contact the Seehof it took 6 emails before I got a response hours before leaving for my long distance flight to Zurich you might expect this lack of efficiency in a 3rd world country but Switzerland!! BTW brought to the attention of the GM who never explained or got back to me All in all the hotel is well situated with a reasonable breakfast even though the bakery products need improvement . One negative no English language stations on TV and the staff were not aware which surprised me. If you want to ring reception you have no idea what number to ring

Pros: Front desk staff were friendly. Check in was fast. Our room was spacious. Lounge is 24 hrs. Will hold luggage while you explore. Just note it sits in the main lobby behind a rope. Cons: There was no phone in the room to call the front desk. Air conditioner did not work. We had to open the window, which means we heard cars and cycles speed half the night. No mini fridge. No microwave. The bartenders were not friendly. There are steps to get into this hotel. They didn’t have a microwave in the bldg to heat up food we brought back from excursions. Do yourself a favor and choose some place and ask about their amenities before booking.
