Sambutan yang sangat baik dan apartmen yang benar-benar indah, kami juga menggunakan garaj

Ia kemas dan tenang. Ia berhampiran dengan Stesen Pusat Zurich dan mempunyai akses yang baik ke bandar. Adalah baik untuk meninggalkan bagasi anda dan pergi ke tarikan pelancong utama dengan berjalan kaki. Saya mengesyorkannya

Ia berada dalam bangunan yang sama dengan ibis, jadi saya tidak tahu mengapa terdapat perbezaan harga. Bilik itu sangat bising kerana pengubahsuaian. Rumah dibersihkan seminggu sekali.. Kalau nak bersihkan sendiri, boleh ke kaunter depan untuk pinjam vacuum cleaner. Saya fikir ia sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api utama, tetapi bas berhampiran perlu pergi sebentar. Biliknya sangat kecil, tiada tab mandi, pintu bilik mandi sangat berat dan tiada kipas ekzos.

Hotel was decent, breakfast was nice as the ambience of the cafe was good. Great place for families and friends. Abit far from station tho so take note.

My experience with this hotel was not that pleasant. Arranged my luggage from Bern to this hotel. It was supposed to arrive on the 15th between 8am - 8pm. I arrived at the hotel around 8:40pm. When enquired if my luggage had arrived, I was informed that it not there yet. I had to call SBB using my IDD since they had no phone in the room, only to be informed that SBB had delivered my luggage on 15th at 8:50am. I went down to the reception and enquired regarding my luggage again, only to find out that my luggage was in their luggage room. The expense incurred on personal account was truly uncalled for. These could have been prevented if the front desk staff checked the luggage room when I enquired initially. On the second day, an engineer opened my door when I was in the bathroom. Maybe he knocked but I couldn’t hear. He said that he’s gonna check the window. Why check on the window when a guest is still in house? I do understand that he’s just doing his job however, this can be done prior to a guest’s stay or could have waited for the guest to check out first. The wifi is not that great too.

Please avoid booking family room, it is without AC, without Toaster, room size is very small. You shall feel suffocated. Staff is useless.

The luggage storage room can enter and exit on your own and without any CCTV, it’s not safe. But other things, especially the restaurants there was nice.

Great location near the main station and city center. The room was very clean, and breakfast was just okay. Overall, a nice stay.

The location was not as near as google map states it is, for guests who walk with big luggage as there are several roads to cross. There is a construction site ongoing literally beside the hotel. Although we were not affected by the noise, it’s something to take note of. The receptionists were friendly. Room has more amenities than typical hotel (kitchen and dining table). However, they didn’t provide bedroom slippers which is disappointing because it’s quite basic. We arrived night time and check out early in the morning, so I think the price is too expensive to justify the stay.

Room had a small kitchenette which was useful and room was clean with a big bathroom!

Perfect hotel with delicious breakfast. We enjoyed to stay there.
