Aside from the slightly small bedroom, all the facilities are brand new. They also offer free coffee, tea, and sparkling water downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to the main train station, which is very convenient for check-out, though getting there with luggage can be a bit tiring as the hotel is on a hill. I'd recommend staying here.

Glad we chose Adagio as our first hotel to check in upon arriving Zürich. Easy check in. I think the breakfast was out by far the best. Variety continental breakfast. This is the first hotel we stayed that served Rosti. It was clean and spacious enough for us to open both our luggages. We love this hotel. Best choice and it was so reasonable as we booked very early. It’s very convenient and walking distance to the train station. Can take tram too.

Ideal room size for family stay. Locatiom of hotel is good its walking distance to train station and hotel provide coffee, tea ansld drinking water at lobby. Highly recommended!

It's quite a walk from the central station, and you have to take a tram in the opposite direction. Even then, the tram stop isn't right at the apartment entrance. The only upside is that there are no stairs to climb. If you don't have too much luggage and you find the right exit for the LandsMuseum, walking might actually be more convenient 😄

Our stay at Aparthotel Adagio was very unpleasant. We were assigned a room for handicapped guests but we never requested forbone and the front office staff never asked if we mind. This was quite unacceptable. The most annoying about the room is the shower place is without glasses cover only shower curtain, the floor was all wet. It was very dangerous as we may slip easily. We were misled by the inexperienced front office staff to buy the wrong train tickets at the machine in their check in counter. The validity of the train tickets started a few hours before our purchase so the Vendor refused to refund as they said the ticket has started to be valid. We had paid Euro 36 x 2 for the wrong train tickets. I dared not to talk to the front office staff any more.

The hotel's location is a major plus, making it easy to get around. It's also quite affordable. Nearby, you'll find the National Museum and a large Coop supermarket, which is super convenient whether you're looking to buy souvenirs or take a stroll along Lake Zurich.

This hotel shares a building and front desk with an Ibis. The room was quite spacious, with central air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen facilities. It's about an 8-minute walk from Zurich main station, which is very convenient. Be aware that you need to actively request room cleaning at the front desk, otherwise, it won't be done. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was poor; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. All the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and thoughtful. They provided detailed explanations and actively offered assistance. I especially appreciated encountering two Chinese-speaking staff members who not only wished me a Happy New Year but also engaged with me in Chinese, making me feel right at home. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main train station and all the attractions in the Old Town, all within walking distance. The hotel design is appealing, and the little calf statue at the entrance is adorable. Facilities: The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. However, the pillows weren't very comfortable and might not be ideal for people with neck problems. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the details left something to be desired. There was a faint, persistent odor from the refrigerator in the room, even though it was empty, suggesting that ventilation needs improvement. Also, one of the towels had noticeable orange-red stains.

Room was decent but not fully equipped with amenities. No phone in room? Room was not properly cleaned daily. Basically only changed towels and make up the bed. Other than that i noticed nothing else were done. Breakfast menu never changed thru out my 7 nites stay...sigh. Try to borrow socket / adaptor from the Frontdesk but was told they dont do loaning but we can buy from them for like CF 19..give up.

Nice and comfortable hotel...The hotel constantly update us on our upcoming reservations and let us know how tp get to the hotel from the train station. No xtra charge for early check in.

Good hotel in the city center. Free coffee and water near the reception. The room is good, very comfortable.

Very good hotel with kitchen. The service is good. A wide range of choices for the breakfast. Just a bit hot inside the room. We will come again!
