Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

Average experience and didn’t meet Accor’s high standard. Staff - resourceful but there is a room for improvement Overall look and feel - room lacks natural lighting.. hotel facilities are old and require to be refurbished View from room - facing indoor Breakfast - good variety food but taste & quality can be improved Overall, not worth to pay RM 400++ for one night stay.

What to say about this little Episode?...Well, it's quiet and peaceful and currently being renovated (with little disruption, it has to be said)... it's on the wrong side of the highway, so unless you want to dice with death, you need to bike or cab everywhere...the architecture is bizarre...form over function with a pool plonked in the middle...and rooms that really needed to be about 50% bigger for anyone who wants to properly swing a feline. Breakfast, robust and solid...especially if you're Asian...staff, obliging and attentive...a gym that's seen better days... an always empty restaurant that serves nice local food at a reasonable price...a big mega mall behind that's accessible from the hotel... and a booze-and-snack-filled minimart next door. What to say? ... it's nice. It's fine. It's a bit soulless and not very Bali...you can probably do better, but if you can't, it's grand.

The Hotel is clean and in a very good location. There are many stores, restaurants, bars and clubs within walking distance. If you plan on having and early night, good luck....the noise from the street and echoes of different genres of music clash if you have a room in the front of the hotel.

Moved into the leaf for several months with mh puppy, the villa is lovely and cosey, nice kitchen and swimming pool. The bed is amazing sooooo comfortable, the lounge suite suioer comfortable and the bathroom super spacious with pool access. The staff are super friendly and always quick to help n the bonus is the location is perfect. 5 min to jimbaran beach for sunset or 5 min to great cafes in ungasan. Very nice hotel and very convenient for those early morning flights as its about 5mins from the international departures terminal. The swimming pool area is great to sit round and have a nice bit of lunch and dinner. Great menu alot of selection. The food was exceptional. I only issue with it really, the WiFi didn't really work very well in my room, which wasn't to much of a problem but a little annoying when I was trying to check in to my flight. It worked perfectly fine in the Lobby and pool area. It's also not to convenient for going out to eat as there really isn't much else around the area without getting a cab further into the main part of Dempsar. Still a very nice hotel though.

I paid about Rp.1.15 Mio for an approximately 40m2 superior room that included breakfast for 2. Given its close proximity to both the airport and Kuta beach, along with the sheer size of the room, this hotel gives a great bang for your bucks. There’s also a downside though, the rooms facing the main road can be noisy at night and the sound insullation could’ve been done better

One of my favorite place to stay in Bali. And this time is my second visit to Bali and also the second time i stayed here. Love the location as it is quite close to the popular by the beach seafood restaurants there. And most importantly is ample space of parking. Booked the 2 BR Villa this time for a group of 7. Even though this time we had to wait for a good 30-45 minutes for check-in as they’re preparing the place, it was understandable as it was partly my fault for made the booking too close to the check-in time and on the other hand they seems to have a very limited staffs on duty at the time probably due to the corona situation. Anyway, the villa was great, spacious bedrooms, bed was huge and comfortable it fit my little family of 4. Very clean and quiet surroundings although the kitchen cabinet part was quite dusty and quite dirty (somewhat undertsandable yet questionable as it is located outdoor next to the pool) and so was the kitchenwares (this i’d suggest wrapping it with food plastic wrapper or something just so it won’t be exposed to the outdoor air). TV have wide selection of channels and the quality is very good. Staffs were very kind, welcoming and helpfull. Facilities provided such as stove, microwave, water dispenser are all working as it should. Pool was great, big enough for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Breakfast was good, need more selection and quantity tho. The only downside to the stay was, bathroom hot water wasn’t running and the curtain in the bathroom is not wide enough to block the view from the bedroom, although it may not be too big of a deal it is quite bothering for me. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and will deffinitely return and keeping in my fav list.

The food was great, most of the stuff are more expensive but come with great services. I lost my phone and motorbike keys and they're really searching it thoroughly in every the place that I've been through. Luckily, I found my key and phone back.
