Loved the stay. Staff and service are excellent and reliably great. The location is right in the middle of the town in a main thorough fare, in close proximity to the Temples for those who visit on a pilgrimage to Kanchipuram. The access to the location though, as also visibility from the road leaves room for improvement. Food was delicious and great, and the free breakfast had an elaborate big spread. The courtesy of the staff who are always checking up on you and asking you how's your stay and dining experience deserves a special mention. All in all, a great facility to have in Kanchipuram that makes staying there comfortable and worry free.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and were super impressed by their staff and hospitality. Each one of them went out of the way to make our stay memorable, weather they were at the reception, housekeeping staff, the valet parking drivers or anyone else. Whoever met and greeted us genuinely wanted to help us to make it a amazing experience. Honestly, I have never seen better hospitality anywhere.

The check in experience was pathetic. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to check in. In spite of me showing the payment voucher from make my trip, they said they don’t have a confirmation from mm t and made me call the call centre. Ideally they should have checked the same. Staff behaviour was pathetic and didn’t know how to handle a customer. Restaurant was average. Room service is not available 24/7. To get a tea in the morning you have to wait till 7 am. Overall for a next trip of mine, i may not choose this hotel.

Stayed in deluxe double room. Booked through a recommendation from friend. Very good hotel to stay with family. Reasonable prices. Good rooms. Nearer to Kamakshi temple and Kanchi mutt. Friendly reception. 24 hours hot water and quality AC room. Very good eatery choices nearby.

For our business purposes we found the hotel to be perfect. The restaurants and facilities were very good. The main point would be the ***agement and staff under them. Their attentive and professional service given to clients was excellent. Would recommend as a good business hotel in the area it is located.
