Rumah penginapan di Butte

Saya pada asalnya menempah bilik, tetapi saya meminta bayaran baharu pada masa lalu. Saya tidak mengenali tempahan Ctrip. Hotel itu memberitahu saya bahawa harga adalah 10 dolar lebih murah daripada harga Ctrip, hanya 43 dolar, tetapi sudah sekitar jam 9:40 malam. Tempat tinggal, hanya untuk meleret semula kad mengikut permintaan meja depan. Kemudian, saya menghubungi Ctrip dan berkomunikasi banyak kali. Selepas menunggu keesokan harinya, akhirnya saya mendapat notis apabila saya mendaftar keluar tanpa mengulang pembayaran, tetapi saya masih menunjukkan kepada saya bahawa harga Ctrip berbeza dengan yang diberikan kepada saya Harga, terasa terlalu membisu.

The room was very nice . The bed was comfortable and linen was in good condition. We had an interior facing room so it was very quiet . We didn’t try any of the hotel amenities since we checked in late and left early . We did try the free breakfast offering . We were pleasantly surprised the quality and variety of food available to choose from . We almost didn’t even go look since at most hotels it is an unpleasant ( gross ) experience. It was very clean in the food area and the food was good ( come on it is free and a buffet but it was actually good ! ) All the employees were very nice we encountered.

I’m a lifetime Titanium member with well over 1,000 stays in various Marriott properties. This Fairfield Inn exceeded any expectations. The property was well maintained and conveniently located off the highway. The breakfast offerings were better than the average Fairfield scale property. What made the biggest difference was the entire staff…from front desk,breakfast prep and housekeeping…all were helpful and friendly..always with a cheerful hello…or willing to help with any of our needs. I would go out of my way to stay again if my travels took me anywhere close to this location.

Mendaftar masuk saya diberitahu tiada air panas : menunggu di bahagian untuk pembaikan. Mereka membenarkan saya mendaftar masuk ke hotel saudara perempuan mereka di seberang jalan tanpa sebarang caj tambahan, walaupun tempahan saya telah diprabayar dan secara teknikal tidak membenarkan bayaran balik atau perubahan. Jelas sekali saya sangat teruja untuk mendapatkan air yang tenang, bersih dan panas untuk malam itu! Sikap perkhidmatan pelanggan yang hebat di kedua-dua tempat juga!

I enjoyed the breakfast selection having hot and cold items and flavored creamers for the coffee (didn't need to go buy a $5 coffee somewhere). Beds were comfortable. Rooms are a little small for 4 people with main door and bathroom door bumping into each other if both opened at same time. Room and hotel decor nice. No pool just hot tub. Good value for the money. I would stay again.

We stayed here for one night on our way north. I used points and the required amount for one night was about twice what I needed to do the same thing two nights ago in Lamar, Co. I guess maybe because it’s tourist season? Both properties were very similar in amenities and quality so it wasn’t like Butte was a higher end hotel. This property is nice. Kept up reasonably well. Our room was clean and spacious though there were a couple of things missing. One was a small frig. That seems to have become almost standard any more. The prior two nights we had one and had just gotten used to it. The other thing was no USB ports. Those aren’t as common as the frogs but more and more places have them and should. Adding them is trivial in both cost and effort and who these days doesn’t use electronics and needs to charge them? But there were plenty of A/C outlets and we had our adapters. One other thing I’ll mention, though not an issue for us, is that we got a handicap accessible room. Ever since I travelled with my dad when he became elderly, I tend to notice things I never did before. Lie there was no seat in the shower and that’s important for someone that can stand for extended periods. The shower might be considered “walk-in” but there was a 2-3” lip that one has to step over to get in. That can be a big deal for some people. And the shower head was very high so unreachable by someone needing to hold on to a walker or that even is just short. The night previous, we also had a handicap accessible room and it had a zero-lip walk-in shower, a fold-down seat and a hand-held wand. Just things to consider if you’re either advertising a room to be handicap accessible or if you’re needing a handicap accessible room. Ok, back to the review…The room was fine. We slept well though the pillows were the extremely soft kind where your head just sinks down into it. We like those that are firmer and offer some support. Again, the last two nights, the places we stayed had one of each on each side of the bed so you could choose your preference. The breakfast here was the best of all the places we stayed on this trip. Coffee, two kinds of omelettes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes (make your own), cereal, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, etc…And a nice large dining area. They also had newspapers available for anyone that wanted one. The people at the front desk, both on check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. There’s always things that can be improved but overall, this was a good choice and I’d have no problem staying here on a future trip.
