An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

Struttura bellissima, esterni curati pulizia ottima, cucina ovviamente internazionale troppo speziata per noi italiani ma comunque di buona qualità, personale sempre attento e disponibile, animazione coinvolgente. Le camere dovrebbero essere modernizzate abbastanza retrò rispetto al resto della struttura. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio

We went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. They are vey helpful and kind and smily all the time. Thank you Sunrise, We see you soon

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy. Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste. Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs. Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel. It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes. The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud. The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

First of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. الفندق جميل لكن للاسف خدمة الاستقبال سيئه جداً وغير متعاونين تم المحاولة معهم بتغيير الغرفه بلا فائدة وكذلك التكييف سيء للغاية اقل شي ممكن يوصل الى 22.5 ولما بلغتهم يقولون هذا اقل شي بالغرف الثانية وهذا من غير المنطق ابداً وبالاخير قالوا بنغيرها لك The reception wasn’t supporting also the AC was terrible at the maximum degree is 22.5 C.

This resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used.
