[Akita gourmet] Sato Yosuke Inaniwa Udon ✨

Akita City, Akita Prefecture. 3 minutes walk from JR Akita Station. Sato Yosuke Akita store is located inside Seibu. This is an Inaniwa udon restaurant with a history and tradition of 160 years. This time I had the recommended two-color seiro 💰 price: ¥1000. It is a tsuke udon that you can taste both soy sauce and sesame miso sauce. It was my first time eating Inaniwa udon, and it was really smooth and slippery, but it had a firm texture and was incredibly delicious. Personally, I preferred the sesame miso sauce. There were other menus besides udon, and they also had hot udon. There were many table seats inside the restaurant, so I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I went there after 11 o'clock on a weekday, but there were already a lot of people there. I was lucky to be able to enter without lining up. Souvenir udon and sauce are sold inside the store. I was simply impressed by the deliciousness of the Inaniwa udon I ate for the first time.
